Less Annoying CRM now has the option to filter by the age of your contacts! In the Sort or "Filter by specific field" boxes, there will be a choice for "Number of years old," so that you can search your contacts that have birthdates!

Send any questions our way as you have them, on this, or on anything else!

Happy new year!

Here's a little 2015 update for you all: you'll now be able to print a pipeline item while you are viewing or editing it! This will allow you to print all of the custom fields and updates within that specific pipeline item.

Feel free to send along any questions if you have them, either here or through our help site (https://www.lessannoyingcrm.com/contact.php)!

Over the weekend we released a minor update to note-entering: If you leave a contact record while there is note text entered (but not saved), the note text will now still be there when you come back to that record! This way, moving to another page doesn't lose a note you've partially entered.

If you have any questions about this (or anything at all!), be sure to send them our way!

A momentous update for Less Annoying CRM (and on a Friday, too)!

We have just released significantly improved reporting options on the contact list and pipeline reports so that you can now search or filter by any field. It should be pretty intuitive, but as always, if you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Have a great weekend!

LACRM has several Customer Service Interns this summer! Ruth and Dex are our first two interns to come on board for the season, and they are already off to a great start. They wrote a blog post about their experience here thus far.

If you send in a support request, it's quite possible that the response will come from one of these two rockstars; you might have even interacted with them already!
Ruth and Declan tell you what it's like to intern at a growing tech startup in downtown St. Louis.

Hi Less Annoying Users -- I'm afraid that we have some annoying news today. As some of you have already noticed, Google Calendar syncing abruptly and unexpectedly stopped working today. The interruption was caused by a change in Google's APIs that we use to connect to Google's calendaring system. The long and short of it is that we now need to move over to an updated version of Google's API to get things back to normal, which we will do as soon as humanly possible.

We're very sorry for the interruption in syncing -- we know that many of our users lean heavily on this functionality on a day to day basis, and we wish that we would have received more advance notice to prepare. Rest assured that this is our development team's absolute top priority until syncing is restored.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us -- you can email our support team at info@lessannoyingcrm.com. We'll share more detailed information as it becomes available.

A small but very useful update this morning (and again on a Friday): You can now attach a contact to a task while creating that task! You can also now add tasks from the mobile website, so setting reminders on the go is even simpler!

Feel welcome to contact us if you ever have any questions, and have a great weekend!

Less Annoying CRM is proud to announce that we've been awarded an Arch Grant! The Arch Grants program awards companies in St. Louis (or willing to move to St. Louis) equity-free grants to encourage the growth of the city's startup scene. We're thrilled to be a part of the movement!

Thanks so much to our users for making it possible. Without the proven track record that you all represent, we could never have made it this far. We'll be reinvesting the grant money into our business and focusing on growing and continuing to improve the software!

Onward!

Hey Less Annoying Users! We just released a new feature: improved sorting! On any contact list in the CRM -- including pipeline reports! -- you can now sort the list by any field, including custom fields. That's custom contact fields AND custom pipeline fields!

Give the new toys a spin and let us know if you have any thoughts or find any bugs/issues. We hope you can make good use of these new, more powerful tools!

The easy way to organize your small business
Introduction
Less Annoying CRM is a simple CRM built from the ground up for small businesses. Manage your contacts, leads, notes, calendar, to-do’s and more, all from one simple web app. Our product is founded on three core principles: simplicity, affordability, and outstanding customer service

Simplicity means eliminating the learning curve. You'll start using the CRM in minutes, and you won't need time-consuming, frustrating training to find your way around. Add your contacts or import them from another system and you hit the ground running. All of your tools and information are easy to find from any page in the CRM. LACRM was designed specifically to be intuitive, even for users who aren't tech-savvy.

Affordability means $10/month for each user on your account. For the cost of a single lunch, you can keep your life organized for a whole month, and even collaborate with your co-workers. Start with a 30-day free trial so you can decide if we're right for you. We'll never upsell you or jerk you around. That would be annoying, and annoying isn't really our thing.

Outstanding customer service means being available by phone or email for free. We'll help you run your initial import of contacts into the CRM, talk to you about customization options, or give you a demo. We'll compliment your excellent taste in fashion. We do it all for free, and we treat you like a human. Call. Email. Tweet. G+. Whatever. We're here to help, and that goes for you trial users, too. Test us, we dare you.
