Last week was a rough week for me. I experienced burnout. Since this is not something a lot of people seem to talk about, I decided to share it all in my podcast. Maybe it can help you. Key insight: I needed to revisit my priorities and make sure that what I do on a daily basis is a more accurate reflection of my priorities. Go ahead and listen.
Have you ever been burnt out when it comes to your blogging business? Do you ever just feel like stopping? In this episode, I talk about blogger burnout.

This interview was awesome. Kate makes $8,500/month with her service-based business. Get this - her blog only gets around 1K visitors per month and she only has 125 email subscribers. Umm . . . yeah. That's what's up!
Most expert bloggers say that you have to have a lot of traffic coming to your blog in order to start making money from your business. Not in this case. Kate Ahl will share with us how she managed to earn as much as $8000+ a month from her service-based business with a very small email list and not much traffic.

Whether you're an Apple fanboy or not, it makes sense to have your blog on the new Apple News app for iOS9 that's coming out this fall. So I went ahead and put together this tutorial to show you how to do that. It only takes five minutes, so get on it.

You're welcome :)
Apple recently announced a new Apple News App coming this fall in iOS9. In this tutorial, I show you how to submit your blog to Apple News.

How many times have you been on the road and needed to do "laptop" work that required the internet... and couldn't use your phone's data plan?

It appears that very soon that problem could be a thing of the past.

Yeah, so I'm looking forward to when these self-driving cars are everywhere. It'll make travel much easier (and cooler). #thefutureisnow

We started designing the world’s first fully self-driving vehicle to transform mobility, making it easier, safer and more enjoyable for everyone to get around. Now we're ready for the next step of our project: this summer, our prototype vehicles will leave the test track and hit the familiar roads of Mountain View, California, with our safety drivers aboard. Changing the world One Blog At A Time
Introduction
"If you have ideas to share, you have a blog in your mind" - Leslie Samuel

--------------------------------

Everyone has ideas, and I believe that these ideas are meant to be shared. Our society is built on ideas. Ideas change the world.

Since 2008, I've been using the power of blogs to share my ideas with the world, and to teach others to do the same.

From Biology to internet marketing, I've seen how powerful blogs can for establishing authority, helping others, and even landing my dream job as a University Professor.

--------------------------------

What are my blogs?
  • Interactive Biology - Where I teach Biology to tens of thousands of people all over the world
  • Become A Blogger - My blog, podcast and training program where I teach others to build blogs that change the world. This project was done in collaboration with Gideon Shalwick and Yaro Starak out of Australia.
--------------------------------

So why am I on Google Plus?

Simple - because I believe that Google Plus ROCKS! I love the features and plan on using it more to interact with people all over the world to help share my ideas even further :)

Thanks for checking out my page. Hope to connect with you on here!

I spent a week in this hotel and was pretty impressed. The rooms had a nice modern flare, the facilities were pretty classy and the service was pretty decent. Location: It's right on the strip. This may or may not be good depending on what you're into. On the good side, it's right where everything is happening. On the bad side, it's right where everything is happening. This is blatantly obvious by the many people with signs and t-shirts letting you know how you can call a number and girls will be sent to you within 20 minutes. Some people might like this, others (like myself) could do without ;) Customer service: From checkin to check out, all of the workers were very polite and helpful. Room service, in my opinion was o.k. However, It seems as if they just did the bare minimum (make up the bed and change the towels). On the other hand, with all that happens in Vegas, I can understand their hesitation to go beyond that. They just might find something they don't want to find :) Rooms: The rooms were pretty modern and classy. The beds were very comfortable and there's absolutely nothing I can find negative to say about the accommodations. Much better than some of the others I've seen. One thing to note is that there is a $25/day Guest fee. This covers internet, access to the gym and a number of other things. I wasn't expecting this at all, because it wasn't stated on my orbitz receipt. This ended costing me $180 more than expected. This is just something to be aware of and to account when budgeting your trip. Like many Vegas hotels, there's lots to do there. From checking out the dolphins to swimming in the pool, all kinds of shows and many ways to keep yourself entertained. The internet was useable, but definitely not fast. I wouldn't expect to be streaming HD videos, but it works. All in all, if I were going to Vegas again, I would definitely consider staying here.

After looking at the prices of the food in my hotel, I ventured on a trek to find good breakfast outside of the hotel. Then I saw a bright yellow familiar sign - DENNY'S. Yayyy! Now, we all know Denny's - you get decent food (especially breakfast) at a relatively affordable price. Well, this is pretty much the same as any other Denny's - no surprises. Just Denny's. For some reason, I expected the price to be a little inflated, but that was not the case. I've seen other reviewers complain about the wait. Well, when I went there were a lot of people there (to me that's always a good sign). However, I was seated within about 5 minutes. The service was decent. The waitress was polite, and the food came within 10 minutes of me ordering. All in all, it was a pretty good experience. If you find yourself in Vegas and need an affordable breakfast - Denny's is a pretty good place. *What I ordered* Main dish: Country-fried steak & Eggs. Tasted very good. Side: Pancake puppies. Tasted alright, but wasn't a big fan. Only ended up eating 1.5 Drink: Groovy Mango smoothie. This was AWESOME. Tasted like real mango. Special tip: Bottled water (Dasani) is only $1.59. Might as well grab a few of those and bring it to your hotel room. It sure beats the $5 you'll pay for the same thing in that expensive refrigerator in your room :)
