When someone I don't know forwards me urban legends, most unsolicited humor, and anything political it gets marked as SPAM. I can't take the time to see if you're a subscriber or someone who's asked a question in the past, sorry. Anything like that gets marked as spam. Sorry if that offends or bothers you, but the solution is simple: don't forward that stuff. You shouldn't be forwarding that kind of thing to people who don't want it anyway, and this article explains why (hint: it can adversely impact the delivery of your normal email messages).
Possibly being labeled a spammer is another reason not to forward jokes and urban legends. Do it enough and your normal email may not get delivered.
