Hey James! Awesome post. So often we believe that we are some kind of super heroes (and in our niches we should be) that can take on everything that the world throws at us ~ thank you mainstream media ~ and forget how important the energy that is used on simple tasks depletes the energy that we should be using to bring our message/share our talents/make a difference with and in the world!
I just hired a VA ~ YIIPPPPPEEE! and the libration and clarity of mind was staggering to me. I didn't expect how wonderful it would feel!
I too purchase most of my commodity items on line and have just recently found a fabulous company whose entire inventory of grocery products is non-gmo. Saves a ton of label reading time in the grocery aisle!
I do have a second hand review on BlueApron.com. I have a friend with NO cooking experience who has been using this service for about 6 months. He LOVES it. It is easy to follow, your ingredients are sent directly to you in the portions needed ~ no more bottles of spices that you will NEVER use again. And the best part is during a conversation recently, he commented on he now fews eating out much differently. "I am amazed at how mediocre restaurant food is. Often times after a meal at a restaurant, I think I can make this and it will taste way better and be much better for me if I cooked it at home. AND I can make it for much less." Made my heart happy. But then I am one of those that finds peace, connection, and creativity in the kitchen :)
