Ok, i'm going to go public with this post. Is there any way to get a hold of someone at niantic/ingress/google about problems with accounts? For the second time in 3 weeks, i've had an account unable to access the scanner and get a scanned failed every time i try to do something in the game. The accounts are still there, i'm just unable to do anything with them. The first time it happened, i put in 2 support tickets and reached out directly toand here on g+. Every attempt was met with non response. After a week of waiting on my first account, and not hearing anything, i started a second account. I have been playing enough in the past 2 weeks that i'm just shy of Level 7. I logged in today to find this account unable to access the Intel site nor being able to do anything in game. I've put in yet another support ticket about this account, but i fear it will be met with the same non response. This is why i'm reaching out to the community in this public manner. Is there a way to talk directly to someone at niantic/ingress/google in order to AT LEAST find out why these things are happening, let alone a resolution to the matter? Please, i'm begging someone for help.
I switch back and forth between Galaxy Note 3, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10. Never bother to sign out or anything. As far as loaning the 7 to that other agent a couple time for a few hours each time, we never saw anything. The noob I was talking about didn't get anything from Niantic until he asked about it. Like I said, the whole thing lacks any transparency.
