I do something nice for my wife. That seems to snap me out of it for a while.
Sometimes it's difficult to get out of stinkin thinkin'. Anyone have suggestions OTHER THAN a gratitude list?
Mmmmmm, depends how stinkin it truly is. If I'm in Harlows well of despair I have to hang wi the friends that make me laugh or I focus on someone else's misery (seems counter productive but it does actually work) sometimes uve just gotta get out of ur own head 4 a bit (not of ur nut out of it) so a big distraction helps, something u find mentally refreshing which is kinda different frm the norm.
