Location can make all the difference in #realestate whether it's a close proximity to the beach, a neighborhood that is well maintained, or that crazy neighbor who seemed to convey with the house you just bought!  Thanks to +Michael Collins and +Adrienne Hollis for sharing!  #homebuying #homebuyers

The Right Way to Investigate Your New Neighborhood.

The house looks perfect and it has all the features you need.  The location is convenient for your needs and there really is nothing standing in the way of buying this particular property.  STOP.  Don’t buy the house until you do one thing; investigate your new potential neighbors...

No matter how many years you've been in real estate, this is always a fine line to walk. This post shared by +Xavier De Buck and +Luke Skar can help with those clients who need to sell their home in order to buy a new one.

Real Estate Market Consumers’ Age-old Question: Buy or Sell First?

When it comes to home buying, the ideal situation would be to find a new home, just as you receive an offer on your existing home. You would then be able to close concurrently and move into your new home a few days prior to closing on your previous home.

So, what do you do: buy or sell first?

What if your home sells before you found something new? What if you found a new home but your current home hasn't been sold yet?

Did you know that Charleston, SC is home to the country's first building dedicated solely to theatrical performances (Dock Street Theatre, which opened in 1736)?  We're very lucky to live in a city with such a longstanding appreciation for the arts.  Pictured below is the Sottile Theatre, which is a 1927 auditorium owned by the College of Charleston, my alma mater.

Learn about these venues and some of the other performing arts groups in the city!  http://www.searchforcharlestonrealestate.com/blog/performing-arts-in-charleston-sc.html #charlestonsc

I’ve worked as the Realtor with Hunter Quinn on many transactions over the past few years. Customer satisfaction is always one of their top priorities, and their attention to detail and hard work make them wonderful to work with. I’ve already recommended them to many of my home buyers looking for new construction in Charleston!
