I so love this. We are typically either upset with the past or worried about the future. Very few are present.

Someone once told me that if you really look into the eyes of someone else,  you only see the reflection of yourself.

How we see others is truly a reflection of ourselves based on our perception.  A perception is merely a stance sparked by a belief.  A belief is only a thought we keep thinking.  So, when it comes to judging others, who is really standing in the judgement seat?

As we see others and what we feel from them is only a materialization of the energy we project that is meeting up with us in the moment.

So, the saying "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you", rings out loud.

Have a good Sunday and built a great relationship between you and YOU.  :)

In a society that asks us to define ourselves, our race, religion, work, culture, etc. it can be seemingly difficult to escape the process of labeling.

If we remove all labels, what are we left with?....a human being.  One who has the same desire of feelings and dreams as the person sitting next to them.  One who has a voice and a heart.  One who just wants to be heard and acknowledged.

As children, we don't see labels until we reach
the age of about seven, where our parents and our society define us.  When did we allow labels to be the first thing we see in a person as opposed to the loving being that each of us beholds?

🙋🏽#TodaysPowerThought • #LoveHasNoLabels

As human beings, we all desire full acceptance. We want to be heard, we want to be respected, we want to be loved in our entirety.

Yet, as human beings, we tend to label people. We tend to put people in a box, and slap a label on it — be it on a spiritual, personal, and/or professional plane. We do this to others, we do this to ourselves. We tend to place limits on human existence and human potential. We have this obsessive, compulsive need to categorize people for our own understanding and comfort.

Today, let's choose to love and accept ourselves and others without labels. Let's simply be human, with each other… with ourselves. Let's not just say it, let's practice it… today and every day. 💋

Power Networking (the Maven), Social Media Enthusiast & Digital Marketing Strategist
Introduction
What I like to do most is hear about others and the wonderful stories that are shared.  I've learned that at any given moment, we can find a lesson or a message in a story.

About me:  I am a lover of life, having recently evolved into living my present moment.  As a entrepreneur, I heart small businesses and people with the courage to do what they love.... and I have a passion for helping others.  What I give to humanity is a voice.  I help people find a way to tell their stories about their business, ventures, or just a life in the day of.  I consider myself a power networker, but many others call me the "career and small biz whisperer"  because of my knack to get people to tap into ideas on how to gain more exposure online and make money while doing it.

As a power networking and a social media strategist, I have crafted the art of effective networking online and offline.  I also enjoying connecting people.

One last thing, I'm an advocate for the empowerment of women.  I feel that many women (well, men too but mostly women) are afraid to or simply don't know how to expand their power.  The SheRox community is designed as a community to help women reach that inner strength and tap into their own power.  Join our community by clicking here:

The burgers and fries are really good. I have been to this place twice and I haven't been disappointed. The brussel sprouts are a good option. Friendly staff as well.

The food was excellent...the service, not so great. Although our server was kind, our coffee came after our meal and the meal was mixed up because the computer system went down. Not to mention, it was breakfast and no one else was there except us....soooo...not sure how thay could get screwed up.
