"A 2014 study conducted by Kitewheel found that 73% of consumers feel loyalty programs “should be a way for brands to show how loyal they are to them as customers.” 66% of marketing executives, on the other hand, felt that a loyalty program was a way for consumers to show how loyal they are to a brand. Delusional."

The irony of this period of Big Data is that many organizations are becoming even more disconnected from their customers. Technology creates both insights and blindness when it comes to understanding customers. Much of Big Data is about customer behavior: what they bought, how they bought, ...

Nyhedsbreve.

The better the site navigation the more likely it will be used for top tasks and search will be used for tiny or exceptional tasks. This means that many customer top tasks may not appear in search stats. Thus, top searches do not necessarily equate to top tasks.

Introducing Insights for Google+ pages

To date, millions of brands and organizations have created Google+ pages to interact with their audience on Google. We’ve seen President Obama and +The White House, for example, take a virtual road trip across the country, answering questions from everyday Americans (http://goo.gl/kJBlKa). Manchester United recently gave fans front row seats to the +Manchester United  v. +Liverpool FC  match via Hangout (http://goo.gl/KA7GsO), and +Converse  showcased the results of its #ChuckHack design hackathon in their Google+ Community (http://goo.gl/gX4xE4).

Many of you have asked for more data about how your social content is performing and who your audience is on Google+. So starting today, we’re offering all Google+ pages access to Insights reports. Insights provides key info that helps you tailor and optimize your Google+ content, including:

- Visibility: All time total, photo, and post views, and how page impressions have trended over time.
- Engagement: Which types of posts are getting the highest level of engagement on Google+.
- Audience: Get an overview of your follower demographics.

To see a full list of available metrics, download our guide: http://goo.gl/p06NWS or please visit http://goo.gl/tAwPnW. You can check out Insights by visiting your page's dashboard on desktop, and via the Google My Business Android app (http://goo.gl/adI9jq). The iOS app will be available in the App Store soon.

Sometimes all you need is to know what color the sky has in Tokyo. That will help you determine if you can call your Japanese friend or not.

So +Kenneth Auchenberg and I built that a website and a Chrome extension that does that.  http://mortenjust.com/2014/06/09/calculating-time-difference-with-sky-colors/

Kh Kedelige men præcise Bente)

Search trends from Google for the World Cup. Although this is just for fun it's also a nice way to give back. "Brazil is searching 2x more for World Cup mascot Fuleco - a three-banded armadillo - than for national hero Neymar." #googleshowoff http://www.google.com/trends/worldcup

Perhaps the best view from any restaurant in Odense, and the food is right up there with it. Great service too - we have no complaints and will definately visit again.

We stumbled upon this place by chance. The service was really good and the decor was fun and charming. The food was probably not more than 3 stars worth but the place itself, the other local costumer and the service earns it the last star. We had good sandwiches with fries and a pancake sandwich for the fun of it - the latter was an unusual taste combination for europeans, but fun to try. Great coffee and orange juice (freshly pressed).

We had 4 great pizzas, good beer and excellent service when visiting this place. Obviously a well visited place even on a week day, and a popular place to bring the kids. As a result there was a livly and buzzing atmosphere. We never felt any stress though the service was great and enthusiastic. Only minus is that the place seemed a little worn down and the costumers before us obviously dropped some food on the floor which hadn't been cleaned up.

Best go chek!

We had 3 steaks at the mogul and asked for different ways to have the steak done. They were perfect when they arrived and really melted on the tounge. It might well be the best steak I have ever tasted! The service was compenent and no-nosial. Also great atmosphere and I absolutely loved the bread! at the end we shared the 7 layer chokolate cake wich went down a absolute treat
