Did you know, practising Yoga aids your immune system? When you contract and stretch muscles, move organs around, and come in and out of yoga postures, you increase the drainage of lymph which helps the lymphatic system fight infection. Study with #LCO and expand your business.

9.5% of U.S. adults use yoga as a mind and body approach for health reasons. This is a significant increase from 6.1% in 2007 and 5.1% in 2002. If you're looking to expand your practice then take our Osteopathy & Yoga therapy course: http://bit.ly/1SmiKmN

"I enjoyed the course immensely and would recommend it to anyone seeking an in-depth understanding of the anatomy. I learned more in a few weeks than I would have learned in an entire year by myself."
Thanks for the review on the Applied Anatomy & Physiology Course, B. Fainstein who is a Massage therapist from the USA. More info on this course can be found here: http://bit.ly/1TU4geq

Q. What is the most rewarding part of having incorporated osteopathy into your yoga studio?
A. Seeing the improvements in movement. So many of our clients arrive with a limited range of motion or pain in certain postures. The look on their faces when a movement that caused an issue earlier no longer does is like watching a light bulb turn on. It screams THIS WORKS!”

Lindsay Hilton has truly taken on board CrossFit's philosophy, which encourages all members to adapt the proposed workouts to their physical abilities. Such an inspirational lady don't you think?
