Worth a watch on this rainy Sunday. Unsettling  - in a good way. Any of my trusted friends out there with expertise in economics have a view on this? It's kind of a selling thing in the end, sadly, but its pitch is compelling/eye-opening.
If this is how it works, what do we do about it?

If I could award a minus number of stars, I would. I agree with the review from Gordon, above 'An absolutely disgusting company ... If you're looking for good customer service, and an ounce of decency take your money elsewhere!' My experience was of buying a remote control helicopter for my daughter's birthday. It broke within days and the dismissive, rude and patronising staff refused a replacement or refund and offered to bodge it with cellotape. I have refused to shop there since which, as I have three kids who had a passion for things r/c is definitely this horrible store's loss. Avoid!

This used to be a lovely little family-run cafe in the park but that was removed and it is now bland, overpriced and corporate.
