BART was recently sued over the highly-publicized, criminal mob-attacks that occurred early this year. BART’s attorney, Dale Allen, said, “There’s no legal precedent for this lawsuit to go forward.” Well, Dale, it may be unprecedented, but it is not unpredictable...
