A woman in Denver using medical marijuana was acquitted after being pulled over and arrested for having four times the legal limit of THC in her bloodstream. She was not driving dangerously or involved in a car accident, and her lawyer claims the field sobriety test she failed contains challenges that are difficult for sober people, like standing on one leg for 30 seconds.
