The "Thomas Monopoly" Google account cutoff case was triggered by the erroneous automatic identification of material as possible c-porn.

Google has now restored the affected account and data. Given U.S. laws that cover such situations, it seems clear that Google behaved appropriately in this matter throughout its course. Thomas Monopoly (Dylan M.) appears to essentially agree in a posting he made today: http://www.twitlonger.com/show/bvqdos

Thanks for this post, I was wondering what the hell happened to his accounts and why, I had been following his case for a few days now...Glad I circled you in 'Following for Information', thanks again.
 
What a nightmare. As Mark said - thanks for following this.
 
In this case, I can actually understand why GOOGLE did it and why they did not give him a reason.Though he was freaking out about not knowing why.
