Not great. We were largely ignored. Had to really lobby to get help. The staff was reluctant and honest about being unknowledgeable about the item we came to buy... boots. The boots ultimately did not fit.
Skip it, especially if you're looking for dependable work boots. Drive the extra miles to Red Wing shoes. Great American made shoes.
It's a trail with signs along the way that point out features and tell the story of the battle. It was very well put together. Some of the signs were hard to read. The rangers at the welcome area were very friendly. In case you're trying to make a pit stop - there is no restroom there.
