Paleo Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
• ½ cup of olive oil
• ½ cup of water
• 1 tsp sea salt
• ¾ cup of tapioca flour
• ¼ cup of coconut flour
• 1 egg
• ½ tsp of Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp of chopped garlic

I thought i knew a little bit about healthy eating and limiting sugar intake until i read this article :-) The more i think i know i realize i dont know much at all about proper diet lol...looong story short i cut out most sugars last year sweets etc. for about 3 months and dropped alot of weight but i started looking anorexic :-)...because of my type of job i do i just want to look healthy and maintain a managable low body fat through the proper protiens carbs and good sugars that i learned about in this article...could someone please give me some tips and varieties on healthy food choices because i sick of eating tuna on whole wheat all the time...lol thanks
