A key to managing your life and time is being very selective about the commitments you agree to. So says professional organizer Monika Kristofferson on episode 39 of The Productive Woman podcast.

Dumb Question Corner  -

Okay, here's a really dumb question: WHY is Apple Mail (on my MBP) suddenly (as in, today, when never before) randomly and repeatedly duplicating the smart mailboxes I created for Unread, Received Today, and Recently Read? (It's duplicating them, but sometimes with slightly different names). WHY, OH WHY?

Yeah, I don't think AppDelete is an option . . . Thanks, though. :-)

When life throws you for a loop, can you still be a productive woman? Episode 36 of the podcast looks at this question and offers a few suggestions, but I'd sure like to hear yours.
How do we stay productive when we're in the midst of one of life's storms?

Episode 34 of The Productive Woman podcast looks at how women can support and encourage each other through different varieties of mentoring relationships? Have you benefited from having a mentor?
A mentor can help us advance in our careers, grow spiritually, learn a new skill, or develop into the person we want to be. But how do we find her?

Episode 32 of The Productive Woman podcast looks at some keys to structuring our life such that we can make our best contribution to the world. What would you accomplish if you could?
In a noisy world, one key to building a life of lasting significance is learning to identify and pursue only what's essential.

There's no one-size-fits-all approach to productivity. Sometimes, for some people, in some situations, the experts' best advice just doesn't work, and rather than beating ourselves up about it, we need to just figure out what DOES work for us. Episode 35 of The Productive Woman podcast looks at 10 productivity "rules" that sometimes don't work, and some alternative approaches that might help in those cases. I'd love it if you could add to the list.
Experts teach principles that help us maximize productivity. But what if the productivity rules don't work for you? Can you still be productive? Absolutely!

Nobody's perfect--so why are we so inclined to look at others who we think have it more together than we do, and feel like we're "less than"?
Dubbed by a friend the "Do-It-All Mom," author Cara Putman shares openly about the not-always-pretty realities of managing a busy life and a busy household.

Good ideas.

Working from home can be both a blessing and a curse.  There are many benefits with a home office such as no commute, flexible hours, being your own boss and dressing comfortably.  But there are downsides to working from home too...   #productivity   #timemanagementtips   #productivitytips
