Incredible. These numbers are staggeringly bad. I wonder what the numbers would be at my school. Of course, the fact that the vast majority (I think these numbers justify that cliche) of the faculty have not tried these things doesn't prevent them from having deeply held opinions about them... and they rarely admit they are not "familiar" enough to rate each one, despite the admitted lack of experience.
Should I just give up now?

Well, I guess it does help explain why I have been able to accomplish nothing by trying to share what I do with colleagues at my school.
