My first week is in the books
At the end of my first week with LaunchDarkly, not one but two teammates separately remarked that it felt like I had been with LaunchDarkly for a year now. In a way, that was true since I had been a customer and internal champion for at least that long.

My first week at LaunchDarkly was surreal.
I joined on the company’s first day of the new year. Everyone’s back from the holidays, telling stories, exchanging ideas, working, having lunch together and going to a few meetings. The team and leadership were very welcoming and helpful to get me up and running.

A few key benefits from the POV of a LaunchDarkly user
Feature flags certainly aren't new -- anyone who has been into SaaS and staged rollouts of production changes likely has built their own or leveraged libraries that implement feature flags. However, the downside of homegrown or library-based models soon becomes visible once you have a more ...

Take a page from Pokémon GO's book and try "A New Way to Beta Test"
It’s best practice for products to have some sort of beta - a way to collect customer feedback and test performance before releasing to everyone. In an era of continuous delivery, we are delivering new features and experiences more frequently and with less time to gather thorough customer and performance feedback.
