This was my first time purchasing a lease from BMW. Felipe Silva, the sales person was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make the entire process easy. I was given over-the-top customer service. He was very helpful, professional, and patience throughout. He personally drove my new car on his day off to my house and took a vast amount of time explaining all the new features the car came with until I was able to fully understand and start driving my ultimate driving machine. He made this difficult decision a breeze. I highly recommend Felipe above all for his outstanding knowledge about all the ins and outs. I would not consider going to any other dealerships, here you get everything you need and more. This was the greatest buying experience ever.

Having been to dozens and dozens of dealerships over the last two years this is by far absolutely the best experience I have ever had. From the sales man Frank Gicca to his boss the service was five stars. Frank has given me amazing advice on how to save on the lease of my 2015 435i coupe that was unparalleled by the advice from other dealers. What has truly amazed me was his endless patience and uncommon professionalism and respect towards his customers. He has successfully fielded a barrage of questions spanning technical, financial, and insurance industries. His honesty was so refreshing, I began to think he should have become a doctor or social worker. He has never displayed frustration or fatigue in answering these sometimes dumb, other times very technical questions. When he didn't know, he made it known, and has spent hours trying to find the answer from respected sources. His demeanor and smile has made this sometimes frustrating process a pleasure. More importantly, the discount he has given me was extremely aggressive compared to the industry standard. The entire experience was outstanding. I would recommend Frank Gicca and Fort Lauderdale BMW to anyone in South Florida region. Positively absolutely the best!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! My experience is with Frank. After attempting to negotiate a purchase of a new 2 series, I was told they will not go any lower than $500 off the MSRP. I was told that this is not a $100,000 vehicle and there is little room to negotiate. I then requested to have the lease special featured on BMW's website for the 228i $319 a month with around $4,000 out of pocket and was told by Frank they would not honor the lease special.. The reason? There simply isn't any money to make... I was astonished and immediately left the dealership. BE CAREFUL!

Bought my car in Miami and moved to Broward. I decided to try Lauderdale's service department since it was close to my office. Was given an appt and assigned Scott Quick as my service adviser. I have no complaints. Scott greeted me, kept me informed of everything, did everything possible to make sure my concerns were addressed and got me out of there quickly on both of my visits. Very professional and after I picked up my car and did not see him, he followed up with an email to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I recommend you ask for Scott Quick if possible.

Worst customer service ever...Took two weeks calling them for a refund. On finance no one pick up the phone...neither on the other departments. 7 months later..same ol same ol...at the moment of my call the 2 financial and the sales manager were "away of their desk"...felt sorry for the receptionist.. does anyone knows hot to rate MINUS ONE star for this?..wait..that's too kind.. stay away people..i'm glad i sold my 328 conv..now I have 2 huyndai's (a tucson and a sonata) for the same monthly quota..

I took my car because I had received a recall letter from BMW to change the passenger air bag. They told me that they did not have the part and that they needed to request it from BMW. As of today, almost 3 months later I have not received any calls.

Do not take your car to the stealership for service. I had a transmission fault and they told me I needed to replace it for $6,000+, so I tried to get BMW NA to cover it because it was already replaced at 40k miles. They wouldn't help me and then I had to pay for the rental because they had my car for so long. I drove my car home and the transmission was fine. Oh yeah they killed my battery and jumped my car to give it back to me. I bought one the next day and put it in myself for $200 and that was the problem all along, thanks to Bimmerfest forum. Also I want to add Darryl Walden is slick he did offer to help me with the battery (installation) granted I bought a new one there at $400. What a joke. I can say that I have had numerous times that they misdiagnosed or did not fix the issue correctly the first time, STAY AWAY!!!
