I've lived here for a little over a year now and I love it. I promised myself that I would live somewhere really nice after college and this is it . I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to apartment :) I moved into a spotless apartment...all appliances were clean and working. I cannot hear anyone else (I live on the top floor and I have a dog). The only bad things are..some people do not pick up after their pets which can be kind of gross and from time to time, the wind may knock something down or make something loose (a gutter or a shutter, etc). That's really about it. I haven't needed maintenance or anything at all since I've moved in. The billing statement has been late one time, but everything else has been on or above par. I personally really enjoy the staff and I already know I won't get the deposit back anyways (pup chewed up the carpet a tiny bit). Overall, no complaints here! I will stay here as long as I'm living in Indy :) Oh and I will note that there are countless police officers that live here as well and I currently or previously work with several of them. I looked at the crimes around this location within the past 3 years and compared to many other apartments, people living at Latitudes are beyond saints.

Poor to Fair is a gigantic UNDERSTATEMENT. Hands down, the WORST apartment complex I have ever had to deal with. Their security deposit system is a JOKE!! It took them nine months to finish out my paperwork after moving out. NINE MONTHS!! Their staff is useless and their management company is worse. Not only did it take them nine months to give me information on my security deposit, after they determined I owed them an entire $11.00 after moving out, they called nonstop. You cant get information out of them until you owe them money. Good luck getting anything back, including phone calls! Even upon move in, the place was a nightmare!! We rented a washer and dryer and were supposed to have it available upon move in, we didn't get one for two weeks! Slow, careless and inconsiderate service. Their staff was constantly a head ache to deal with. I wish I would have seen the red flags upon move in and read the reviews. These are all 100% accurate. MOVE ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Literally, I would live anywhere in the city except this place. The staff (leasing agents, assistant manager & Manager) screw tenants out of money. The apartments are made of paper and you can hear your neighbor's walking, cooking, using the bathroom, showering, dishes (pretty much anything and everything one would do in their living environment). The booking people consistently messed up my bill and always brought the paper statement late. They give you till the 5th of each month to pay but conveniently don't place the paper on your door until after that sometimes. The workout place gets run over by kids who don't live in the complex. I had constant problems will dogs being leashed outside the apartments. Don't let the nice lobby and outside fool you, this place is the PITS!!!!!

I would NEVER advise anyone to live here. The staff is horrible and do not care about the residents, they are there to get a paycheck and thats about it. We had many issues upon moving in (unpainted areas on the walls, unusable sink, dirty carpet) and wrote them on the move in checklist during the walk through (which we had to do by ourselves), not a single one was taken care of for 4 months, we had to call the corporate office to finally get the issues resolved. The people in the office either do not relay the information to the groundsmen or the groundsmen don't care, but we had both lights out in the stairwell causing it to be very difficult to see at night. The office was contacted about the issue and was not taken care of, we were told that it would be taken care of come spring, it was January when the lights went out. The stairwell was so dark, I missed a step and fell, injuring my knee and needing to see a physician. The WORST thing about living here is that we have had a neighbor who has been called and complained about by many residents for using illicit drugs and suspected dealing of these substances and the staff could care less. We get a notice from the office about miscalculating our bill by $3.99, but they have no problem with a resident using and selling drugs? Really shows how much they care about the safety of the other residents. We were also told when calling to inform them about the issue that they "had concerns about the tenants when first meeting them."

The layout of the complex is wonderful! It's easy to navigate the entire property. I recently moved into this complex and I have to say that these units are amazing. I come from a much cheaper and older complex and I would highly recommend these apartments! However they are a little pricey, so if you arent looking to spend a lot on an apartment, you may want to continue your search.

They tried to charge me for a small satellite device that they say was missing but the apartment was empty and locked. Since there was no reported break-in to the empty apartment, the device could not have been missing. This could mean they were mistaken, untruthful or might have an employee theft problem. The only thing I am sure about it that the small (not so expensive) device was there and several weeks later they tried to charge me for it. The apartments are very nice, mine had a fireplace. They were clean and like new a few years ago. No other issues except for the instance above.
