My experience at Larry H Miller Dodge was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I drove out of there with the truck of my dreams and the attentive and professional staff made it happen. GM Jon Anderson oversaw my car buying experience and made sure I got everything I wanted. Will was awesome, friendly, professional and showed me every feature of my new vehicle. He definitely went the extra mile and was really informative with all of my questions. Bottom line, I highly recommend Larry H Miller Dodge to everyone. No buyers remorse here! Thanks again for everything!

My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from Larry Miller Dodge over the years and have always had an exceptional experience with everyone there. The sales people are very knowledgeable and have always listened to our needs and treated us with respect. In May of this year, we purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey and after only a little over 2000 miles, began having a major issue with it. I went in and spoke with Jon Anderson, general manager, about my concerns. He took a large chunk out of his time to sit and talk with me and found a way to get us into a different vehicle. I was astounded by his response and willingness to help us out of an anomalous situation that he truly did not have to do. He and his staff went the extra mile to help us out and this has only added to our desire to continue to be loyal customers of Larry Miller Dodge! Our hats off to a dealership who truly cares about the customer in a world where excellent customer service is hard to find. Thank you Jon and staff!

Cesar was super helpful & an awesome salesman. I would highly recommend LHM Peoria. All of the staff were nice & very laid back. It wasn't just about the sale, it was making sure the customer was happy & getting them what they wanted (& could afford).

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! I have never been treated so poorly. The buying experience was decent but after that, you mean nothing to this company. I purchased a 2013 ram 1500 and the most extensive warranty they offered. Two tires blew out the second day we owned it.. me, my wife, two kids, and our dog were stranded on the side of the i17 so we called the dealership and they told us they could do nothing. One guy even said "what do you want me to do about it?". Are you kidding?? How about helping us?! Thankfully the finance manager is a great guy. He drove his personal vehicle down, took my wife, kids, and dog to my house, had my truck towed under warranty, tires replaced under warranty, and provided me a loaner vehicle until they finished. Four weeks later I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I showed up on time and they said I didn't have an appointment! I sat in the heat for a half hour before they could even find someone to help me! That guy, Arron Witt, was the worst person I've ever spoken to. I told him i needed an oil change and my steering wheel was rubbing on the column so if they could look at that, and please have the tech remove my plastic wheel covers. He did nothing but argue with me, insulted me, and told me the covers don't come off and my warranty doesn't cover the things I'm asker for, before he even looked my info up! I came back a few hours later to pick up my truck and he told me they needed it over night and didn't understand why I was back. I said you never told me they'd need it over night. This guy says "you should have more sense than that"...!!!! My wife was upset by that. He then begins to make sarcastic comments to her and I and said "what do you want me to do about it?". Eventually, after another half hour, we got a loaner car. The man continues to blame us for the mistakes they've made and offered zero apologies for anything! My wife and I were so upset by the way this company has treated us that were in contact with legal counsel to see if we can return the truck or change our warrenty info to another dealership so we never have to go in there again. Horrible customer service

We thought we had done all our research and knew exactly what we wanted, and then the sales team opened us to new ideas and we purchased a vehicle that far surpassed our expectations. My purchase experience at Larry Miller Dodge RAM was the best possible truck buying experience I could imagine. I’m very detail oriented l so I researched every option on the 1500 RAM EcoDiesel as well as every RAM dealer in Arizona and surrounding states. I was prepared to travel for the best deal but I can happily report that Larry Miller Dodge RAM in Peoria gave me the best deal of ANYWHERE in the country. My experience with Larry Miller RAM began through email communication with Internet Sales Manager Jason Doherty. From the very first email until the handshake to consummate my purchase, Jason epitomized efficient, competent professionalism. He is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and always prompt with a response. Jason exhibited none of the characteristics so often associated with “car salesmen” and was in fact an absolute joy with whom to deal. I am extremely grateful to Jason Doherty and now consider him a friend. In an effort to avoid the typical experience, I chose to conduct the vast majority of my negotiation via email. I’d ask a specific set of questions in the hope of cutting through all the “noise” of a standard deal. Most salespeople at other dealerships would often ignore my questions and instead provide answers that were more beneficial to their bottom line or that would direct me to inventory they had rather than what I actually sought. On the other hand, Jason answered every question directly. Additionally, because he is an astute listener, Jason also added information that he thought might assist me in my decision-making process. He is the consummate professional. Kenneth Baker assisted in the signing of the deal. It was a pleasure to work with Kenneth as he answered any final questions I had about the truck or it’s components. He made sure I felt confident in all of the systems and vehicle operational specifics before I drove off the lot. He took me on the final walk-around of the vehicle; it was an extremely nice touch to have the truck displayed in a pristine bay just off the showroom floor and made driving off the showroom floor a reality! Kenneth was also an easy-going salesman and he made me feel like I was the only customer at the dealership- which is no small feat as Larry Miller Dodge RAM is a busy dealership! When I finalized the deal, Larry Miller Dodge RAM General Manager Jon Anderson visited with me on the sales floor to congratulate me and shake my hand. He even sat down with me for 15 minutes to chat while personally thanking me for my business. Jon was pleasant, amiable and genuinely seemed to treat my business as valuable to the dealership, his associates, and him personally. The unique touch I experienced inspires me to think first of Larry Miller Dodge RAM upon my next truck purchase. It also inspires me to send anyone I know in the market for a vehicle to Jason, Kenneth, and Jon. I know my friends will be taken care of by my new friends at Larry Miller Dodge Ram in Peoria.

On 8/2/15, my salesman Ray Lopez was very RUDE, PUSHY, and DISRESPECTFUL, telling ME what truck I was going to buy instead of the other way around. When I complained to the sales manager, he was even worse and ARGUMENTATIVE. Little did they know that I had a PRE-APPROVAL letter in my pocket already. All I needed was to pick a truck I liked. I would have been out of there with a new truck in no time IF their customer service was not horrible. I left and bought a new truck a few hours later at another dealer who actually wanted my business and knew how to treat a customer.
