We were very happy with our recent experience at Land Rover. We worked with Daryl who was the most patient, kind and knowledgeable salesman we have ever met. The first day we came, he stayed an hour after closing to work with us and spent another day finalizing our sale. I appreciated the fact that he was not pushy but patiently answered all our questions to help us make the best decision and was easy to contact. He accommodated our busy schedules to allow us to test drive some cars and offered to use him as a point of contact for any future questions. Hoping the service department is just as good as their sales department.

I contacted the dealership on their online chat feature which was helpful, but they weren't able to answer all of my questions so they were going to have someone contact me the next day as this was later in the evening. That same night Bridget emailed who was very responsive letting me know that Mike would be contacting me the next day. Two days later I receive an email from Mike in the early morning asking what a good time to call was. I told him and of course I never heard from him until the next afternoon while I was traveling out of town. He left a voicemail and stated he was going to send an email, which I never received. I emailed him later that night letting him know I was unavailable to talk on the phone, but I was available via email or text. I never heard back from him and now the car that I was inquiring about is gone. I've purchased many cars and have never had such a poor experience from the beginning. I was inquiring about a used $30k car and not a $100k car so I guess I was not worth the time. The two stars are for Bridget who followed up with me a couple of days after my inquiry to make sure that Mike had responded to my questions.

took my vehicle for minor service and some cosmetic parts to be replaced. took them almost a week. when i went to pick it up a couple of days later i paid in full and waited about 45 minutes to receive my vehicle. after the wait i inspected and the parts i was charged for had not been replaced. a week later i was told the vehicle was ready and that they would deliver it as an apology for making me wait and wasting my time. they did not deliver it so i had to pick it up. and i was asked if i had paid for the vehicle. like if they would have released the vehicle to me with out paying for the service done to the vehicle first. very rude and unprofessional. waste of time. wont be going there again. just went because its the closest land rover to the south bay area.

I blew a brake line in my rover when I was out here from Wyoming. I limped it to this dealership and they took my vehicle in with no appointment and gave me a courtesy vehicle to drive. They ended up keeping it from Friday into the following Tuesday but covered the brake line under recall and fixed a TPMS sensor and replaced my coolant resivour due to a bad sensor that they found. I greatly appreciate Michael Brands due diligence and their service department in identifying these issues and fixing them on such short notice. I highly recommend their business on your Rover and if i ever find myself out here again in need of service, these folks have definitely earned my business. Thanks guys.... job well done.

We recently purchased an LR4 and had an incredibly, smooth purchase! Angelina was very thorough, patient and attentive since the beginning until the end. The finance department sealed the deal with excellent customer service skills and we found the finance rep to be very charismatic (which just makes your experience even more pleasant). I would definitely recommend my friends to visit Land Rover for their next car purchase!

I had a few initial issues when dealing with service but in the end the team went out of their way to make things right and fix my Range Rover. The team not only took the time to do the right thing but excelled in the level of service they provided. Outstanding work! The workmanship and quality was spot on. Excellent job LR San Diego. Stately vehicles and beautifully crafted. Not a problem with vehicle. However, the Service Department is another story. My Range Rover HSE sat on the lot awaiting service for 10 days, and no one in Service bothered to call to let us know the vehicle status. Two calls to the dealership went unanswered, which reflects poor quality of customer service. The Sales Department wouldn't even hold my current vehicle for me while I was driving up to buy it.
