I have a 2006 sport so i was a little leary about taking it to the dealer, in the back of my mind thinking they were gonna big time me. so I thought i was gonna Have to go down there and get arrested!!! but by the end of it my Rover was fixed far cheaper than quoted and they were beyond professional. I had heard so many Horror stories about how the Land Rover is super expensive to fix, but these guys are great and I cant see me taking my Rover any where else

Recently drove home 2015 Range Rover Sport and what a car to drive. I felt safe and confident inside and wanted to keep driving all day. Dan Douglas at the Farmington Land Rover dealership needs a high praise for all his efforts to make the deal. He was silent, without much flare and well versed with the car. He was highly effective person to deal with and was direct and honest. He took all the time to show mel the car's functionality and encouraged me to call him if I need to. If you are going to this dealership, find Dan first.

Took delivery of my RR Sport this week. What a great vehicle! My experience to date has been quite good with the dealership. Rob Gengras, my Sales Guide was perfect for my needs. He is professional without being pushy and extremely accommodating.

In fact I was looking for less than 1 STAR rating but couldn't find it. I have given my 2014 evoque for my first service here and clearly told that my sunglass holder has to be fixed. I have been told that it got replaced with a new one. After few weeks it stopped working again. I have reported the same problem when I went for my second service. They have charged me for service but kept my car with them for more than a week saying that they are waiting for part (sunglass holder) to be delivered. After one week, I had to ask them to give back my car and call me when they receive the part. I waited for 2 months and called their service department to check if the new part has arrived or not. They said that they are still waiting for the part (they never thought of calling me and update atleast) They have taken money for complete service and didn't fix the issue I have repeatedly reported. Instead all I got is their careless response. Very poor service and I'm so frustrated that I will report this to Landrover company directly.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My Range Rover broken down on a Sunday and the vehicle was towed to the dealership that afternoon. They gave a quick diagnosis to try and get me back in the car ASAP. Unfortunately, through no fault of theirs, the part I needed was on backorder for about 2 weeks. They did an amazing job handling getting me a comparable luxury car through enterprise (their loaners were all booked up). When the vehicle was done they drove it back to my home all cleaned up and picked up my rental. They took care of everything. ZERO out of pocket for me. I cannot stress enough how great they were in turning around an annoying circumstance. Dealership is highly recommended!! Dave and Lori in service, my hat is off to you!

I have had three Land Rover vehicles all purchased here. The reason I choose Land Rover Farmington Valley is because of the service team led by Don Connolly. Yes it can be expensive at times to have a Land Rover repaired but its more important to have a team who understands the customers needs including the ability to manage problems. I highly recommend this team. Thanks for being there.
