They did a great job with installing a brake actuator for our horse trailer. Don and Laurie are always friendly and professional. If you have a Land Rover I highly recommend this for Safe Towing! Happy Horses!

I am proud owner of Land Rover for almost an year. I bought my Land Rover from Land Rover Farmington Valley last year and I have to tell you, they have some exceptional sales Rep's. They are very professional in what they do and explain key details at the time of purchase. The service is great!!. My Land Rover needs oil changes once every 7,500 miles ( which is great!!!!). I visit them almost once every 3 months. They take care of my car very professionally. They try their best to get you the most the customer deserves. Last week I had a faulty switch in my hood, which caused intermittent alarm problem. They worked with the Land Rover Warranty services and fixed it for free! They take service appointments via phone and web and ask if you need a shuttle or a loaner service, which I think is convenient. So far so good!. No complains and I will definitely recommend to friends.

They wanted to charge me $600 to fix my cruise control (which ended up costing a $1 at another dealership) and I had to go back twice to get my fuel pump fixed. I would probably never go back here for service.

This is the worst dealership of any auto brand I have ever been to. There unbelievably poor service is the most significant deterrent to every buying a Land Rover / Range Rover ever again. The dealer is expensive and untruthful. They can never replicate any issues and tell you that any problem you are having is a figment of your imagination. Don in service has an especially arrogant attitude, even though he is dealing with RANGE ROVER CUSTOMERS. Lastly, with your $100k SUV, they never provide a car wash or vacuum. This is the worst dealer ever and you should strongly consider driving an extra 40 miles to purchase your Land Rover elsewhere.

We have to admit, we ARE a small dealership, and that's one of our benefits, in our opinion. We have access to every Land Rover available in the eastern US, so we can certainly acquire them, but being outside a metro area, we can avoid all that "city glitz" that gets in the way of a positive vehicle shopping experience -- just as you've had with Robert!
