This is the worst dealership of any auto brand I have ever been to. There unbelievably poor service is the most significant deterrent to every buying a Land Rover / Range Rover ever again. The dealer is expensive and untruthful. They can never replicate any issues and tell you that any problem you are having is a figment of your imagination. Don in service has an especially arrogant attitude, even though he is dealing with RANGE ROVER CUSTOMERS. Lastly, with your $100k SUV, they never provide a car wash or vacuum. This is the worst dealer ever and you should strongly consider driving an extra 40 miles to purchase your Land Rover elsewhere.

It's unfortunate that another dealership has opted to forge a negative review such as this (as we have no customer named "Ryan Decader", nor does this Google account exist any longer), but it is interesting to note that the very issues this 'individual' chose to highlight are exactly the points we pride ourselves on: full disclosure of the services performed and the manufacturer's recommended labor and parts costs (as well as our savings below those estimates), and a complimentary interior and exterior cleaning with every service. We ask others not to be misled by these sort of "slam" tactics -- we'll prove our merits in person, each time, every time.

Thank you for the compliments, Robin -- and rest assured, we've gone to great lengths since your last visit to increase the inventory, no matter how "behind" the factory may be on production. We know our local drivers want their Range Rovers, without waiting six to eight months for delivery!

They did a great job with installing a brake actuator for our horse trailer. Don and Laurie are always friendly and professional. If you have a Land Rover I highly recommend this for Safe Towing! Happy Horses!

I am proud owner of Land Rover for almost an year. I bought my Land Rover from Land Rover Farmington Valley last year and I have to tell you, they have some exceptional sales Rep's. They are very professional in what they do and explain key details at the time of purchase. The service is great!!. My Land Rover needs oil changes once every 7,500 miles ( which is great!!!!). I visit them almost once every 3 months. They take care of my car very professionally. They try their best to get you the most the customer deserves. Last week I had a faulty switch in my hood, which caused intermittent alarm problem. They worked with the Land Rover Warranty services and fixed it for free! They take service appointments via phone and web and ask if you need a shuttle or a loaner service, which I think is convenient. So far so good!. No complains and I will definitely recommend to friends.

They wanted to charge me $600 to fix my cruise control (which ended up costing a $1 at another dealership) and I had to go back twice to get my fuel pump fixed. I would probably never go back here for service.
