Today at Hamilton Sheriff Court, Jackson Bateman appeared with a client from East Kilbride charged with a serious Drink Driving charge. He had no convictions, had a successful business, and was very anxious about matters. Jackson was able to have a plea arranged with the fiscal and the case brought forward, he then had the case called early, so the client wasn't waiting around, and after making detailed submissions he persuaded the judge to impose the minimum 12 month ban, with a special condition that if he completes a programme he will only have to serve a 9 month ban. Our client was delighted with this outcome, we are here to assist with all Criminal Defence and Road traffic matters throughout North and South Lanarkshire.
