Slowly but surely I’ve been knocking the fat off this old body. I’m not trying to win any awards on doing it quickly but as long as I know I’m making progress in the right direction, I’m perfectly fine with that. No more “diets” for me!

As someone who suffers from inflammation (by way of a skin condition called Hydradenitis Suppurativa), I know first hand the struggle! I am constantly trying to find ways to limit inflammation in my body. I know a lot of people suffer from all types of conditions and diseases that stem from too much inflammation.
