Ladue graduate Andy Russell is being inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame! Andy moved to St. Louis as a freshman. He hadn't played football before, but he joined the Ladue football team and became a starter as a sophomore. He went on to play for Mizzou and then spent 12 seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers as part of the "Steel Curtain" defense; the team won Superbowl IX and Superbowl X. Andy, congratulations on a wonderful career and your most recent honor! For more details on the Missouri Hall of Fame induction ceremony, which will be held January 25 in Springfield, MO, visit www.mosportshalloffame.com.

A unique and successful fundraiser provided by Artistic Soup Photography gave families an opportunity to have portraits taken by photographer Angela Lamb while raising $2,300 for the LEF. We are extremely grateful to Angela for her creative way of contributing to the education of our kids, and we welcome other ideas from the community! #CreativeGiving   #ArtisticSoupPhotography
