+Labrada Nutrition hey Lee I have been following you on here and FB..greate tips and video on lifting weights how to perform and execute properly. I knew the supplement and nutrition are necessary but what if we don't take it and replace with food.. cuz supplements are costly as hell...im not good at following diet cuz job and all..is there anything else i can do with diet.thx..appreciate your help

Training the arms can be broken primarily into triceps training, followed by biceps training. We’ll start with the triceps. That’s because the triceps are the larger of the two muscle groups. Finding someone with great development in the triceps muscle group is more difficult than finding someone with great biceps. Why?

Well for one thing, it takes focused concentration and near-perfect form to build truly powerful and massive triceps. And let's be honest, many people neglect their triceps in favor of the more "glamorous" biceps. And that's a big mistake. You see, the three muscles that make up your triceps compose a whopping two-thirds of the bulk of your upper arm. So if you really want to build impressive "guns," your best bet is to take your triceps training very seriously.

Awesome tips, triceps along with shoulders are also better for punching, for any boxing or mma athletes.

When you are expending maximal effort in the gym, i.e. you're training as hard as possible with very heavy weights, it taxes your body tremendously. Remember that it is outside of the gym, while you are resting that your muscles are actually growing. Rest time must not be underestimated. I like to give each muscle group between 4-5 days to recover. And with that said, here are some ‪#‎ThrowbackThursday‬ images. ‪#‎tbt‬

In other words, you might give yourself a timeline of 8 weeks to attain that half inch you want on your arms. Once you have a goal and a timeline, you can positively motivate yourself to reach it. You become a man (or woman) on a mission, so to speak, and all of your efforts take on new meaning. Always have a goal and a timeline in mind when you go into the gym to train.

Maximize Muscle Gains & Fat Loss With Multiple Meals - Part I

One of the most frustrating problems that I have run into while training my trainees is the fact that many have trouble eating the quantity of food that I recommend on my Lean Body Program.
Achieving a lean body and looking great is simply a matter of knowing exactly what to eat, when to eat it, and how much to eat, combined with the proper training program. As the old saying goes, "Everything is difficult before it becomes easy." And I know from personal experience that eating right can be perplexing for the beginner.
All being told, when you eat the correct foods, you'll notice that the volume of food in your daily diet increases. Unrefined natural foods are typically "bulkier and contain less calories, ounce for ounce, than refined processed foods. By eating unrefined foods, you feel full, on less calories. And so, you have to eat more (quantity) and more frequently, in order to obtain the required number of calories I specify in the 12 Week Lean Body Program.
I recommend five to six small meals spaced throughout the day to all of my trainees. I really prefer for them to eat six times per day, as this provides the maximum benefit for stimulating the metabolism and feeding that all important metabolic furnace, lean muscle tissue.
Many first time trainees ask the question, "How in the world can I eat so many times per day? I'm just not hungry in the morning... I normally skip breakfast." Most people who are untrained eat three square meals per day. That is the norm and has been the norm in our society for quite some time.
Some people skip breakfast, opting for a heavy lunch and yet heavier dinner. This is a practice that can lead to being overweight. Your body simply cannot effectively utilize the number of calories that you consume in just two meals. Excess calories are deposited as fat.
