Now, in my younger years, I certainly would have felt justified in snooping because my philosophy at that time was, "Men can only be trusted as far as they can be thrown." (And how many of us can actually throw a man). However, being older, more confident personally and most importantly more spiritually mature in Jesus Christ, I understand that a real relationship, rooted and grounded in true love, eliminates fear, doubt and worry in this regard. True love can only thrive when we are released from the bondage of insecurity. In a committed and devoted dating relationship, there should be nothing in either person's phone that is off limits from viewing. Nevertheless, secrecy shouldn't be necessary to obtain this information.
And the bottom line--whether it's the man or the woman being shady--all that's done in the dark, certainly comes to the light eventually.
