Here’s a new paper in which our anti-GPER antibodies LS-A1184 and LS-A4271 are used in ICC.

Stallion spermatozoa: Putative target of estrogens; presence of the estrogen receptors ESR1, ESR2 and identification of the estrogen-membrane receptor GPER.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24607572

Image Caption: Immunostaining for the GPER estrogen receptor in stallion spermatozoa. For GPER, a positive signal is associated with the neck after incubation with LS-A1184 antibody (B) or with LS-A4271 antibody (C), no signal appears when primary antibodies are omitted (D and E). All polyclonal primary antibodies were detected with anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated with AlexaFluor 488.
