Hi team,

I am excited to share another episode of an investor going global, this time discussing Housing as a Service, one of the trends in the future of property.

This time we're talking to Justin, an experienced business owner, highly experienced in operations & estate agency. Specialising in short stay accommodation with experience in lettings and residential sales, Justin has a focused and methodical approach which has enabled him to bring a new angle to people orientated businesses that focus on quality of service, customer satisfaction and growth.

Recently he founded a startup company, Short Stay In London Ltd, which is a property management company geared towards providing short term accommodation at affordable prices in London. The company works with landlords looking to increase their rental returns whilst reducing their risk and also advises and sources properties for investors who are looking to enter the short term rental market without any prior knowledge. They have a growing pool of both landlords and investors and invite anyone interested in creating wealth through short term rentals to contact us for an initial meeting.

Show Notes:

05:05 "If i could start again I would probably move countries and try do things all over the world."

05:28 "If you're going to be an entrepreneur, this is the right time to do it."

05:26 "We're kind of a stepping stone for people to get into an area."

27:43 "The speed of change is so fast that it's so difficult to keep up with it."

I'm very happy to be sharing another episode of An Investor Going Global with you. This time we're talking to Stephen:

Acquiring his first property at the age of 20, Stephen got exposed to the property market at an early age. He moved out of his comfort zone to Australia and America which led to his triumph today. Find out why Stephen migrated to the US and how he became a very successful property investor!

Don't forget to check out the good bits:

04:11 "The cost of the ownership should be less than what you can get from the rents and other income from it."

11:04 "There's a difference between a motivated seller and someone who just have a house in the market."

14:42 "It's all about helping people."
