Find and create a list of all the urls of a particular website You might need to do this if you’re moving to a new permalink structure and need to 301 redirect the pages. For large sites, a lot of time can be saved by making good use of free sitemap generators online and excel. A bunch of the online sitemap generator tools either ask for your email or have...

Widespread implementation of responsive web design (RWD) is relatively new in the design world, and though it’s gaining steam, the perfect method of implementation has yet to make itself known. Often designers are on their own in their efforts to figure out how to gracefully degrade the fancy features in their client’s websites, while still prominently featuring the most important content. Nobody said it’d be easy, but the front-end UI...

Information is a commodity. Corporations are passing around consumer behavioral profiles like brokers with stocks, and the vast majority of the American public is none the wiser of this market's scope. Very few people actually check the permissions portion of the Google Play store page before ...

Retro is trending nowadays; you see it everywhere in web design, posters, flyers, logos and of course Badges. So today we are also going retro and creating an interesting retro badge in Photoshop. Before we start designing let’s see what we need to get this done. Resources: Minimal patterns: http://www.graphicsoulz.com/premium-item/free-minimal-pattern-set-vol3/ Final result: Step 1: Open Photoshop and create a new file, set the width to 1000px a...

Interviews with +Joe Sinkwitz from +CopyPress and Jim Boykin of Internet Marketing Ninjas.
Whenever Google does a major algorithm update we all rush off to our data to see what changed in terms of rankings, search traffic, and then look for the trends to try to figure out what changed. The two people I chat most with during periods of big algorithmic changes are Joe Sinkwitz and Jim ...

Sunday after the 4th we went in here with some local friends. We went to sit inside, moved two bar stools, and were rudely instructed by the bartender to go have the hostess seat us. Place was nearly empty, maybe a birthday party outside. We asked where we could sit to order drinks and were again rudely brushed off again and told to talk to the hostess (who told us sitting anywhere near the bar was fine) so we went across the street and spent a few hundred there. Not worth wasting your time with the rude staff. Go across or down the street to another bar and enjoy your night without hassle.

I hired Scott to handle my business' taxes as well as my personal taxes and a minor back tax issue/error. He's a pleasure to work with, does excellent work, and caught that I overpaid the previous year by ~$1,300. Most importantly, I trust him. Definitely recommend for personal taxes, business taxes, and financial advice.

Took a road trip from Austin to Tucson to visit my parents. Dropped my phone in Marfa and trashed the screen. Ended up here via some Yelp reviews and decided to take my phone in for a screen replacement. For iphone repair in Tucson, this is a safe bet...the work is quality, easy, and done in a reasonable amount of time.

Digitech is one of the most competent and professional web companies in Austin and as a result, I've referred numerous projects to them based on merit alone. Their work is above the industry standard and the company is very focused on clients' needs in the evolving world of the web.

This is probably the nicest Austin mattress store I've been to so far. I didn't feel a ton of pressure from the sales staff and was able to browse their inventory of mattresses without feeling like a vulture was plodding along behind me. They have a great selection of environmentally-friendly beds and mattresses and once I get the go from the gf on the one I want, will certainly be buying from here.

Went here around 8:30 on Tuesday. Zero wait. Will be valeting my car next time since parking around this area is hit or miss. Nice atmosphere, good service, and great food. Went with the Jungle Curry and Son in Law...10/10 would order again. The Jungle Curry is "the spiciest item on the menu" and might be too intense if you're not into that, it's nothing too outrageous if you enjoy spicy food. The Son in Law has a lot going on in terms of flavor and is very, very delicious.
