I love going to Kuni Lexus. The people are very pleasant and make me feel very welcome. From the advicer to the person who takes care of my car wash. They seemed always happy and I enjoy the smiles on their faces. it's so hard to find such nice and professional people anymore. I had the RX 330 and now I just purchased CT 200H. I love it.

Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village is nothing but superb. They have a high quality of customer service that is unmatched. They have helped solve any car problems I have, keep up with maintenance on my vehicle, and the staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and needs to ensure they are met. I thoroughly enjoy the luxurious waiting area that is fully stocked with snacks, drinks, wifi, tv, pool and comfortable chairs. I can't imagine going anywhere else for service after receiving the high quality that is the standard at this dealership. I would highly recommend anyone to their business.

Just want to say that Bob Lucero is an excellent salesman. My previously horrible experience at the Mike Ward Infiniti dealership made the experience with Bob that much more wonderful. Even though we didn't buy a Lexus, he still treated us as if we were and made sure we were comfortable as we went through the purchasing process. I was treated so well I will most likely be making future purchases from him as well and I recommend him to anyone in need of a car, Lexus or previously owned alike.

This was my first time buying a Lexus and going to Kuni. the first time I went to Kuni I told them that I wasn't buying a car I just wanted to test drive. The gentleman didn't pressure us to buy. I knew after driving the car that I wanted to buy a Lexus and not an Infinity. We went back a few days later and the sales man and the manager made the process an actual positive transaction and they kept their word, which you hardly find when trying to buy a car. It was really nice at the end of the buying process that they have some set up your phone and show you how to use the technology in car. I had to go back to get the Lux package and again I had two people meet me when I drove up, they told me to go up and have a latte and come back down and they'll have my loaner car ready and papers to sign. I wen't upstairs got the latte and went down and the gentleman was done. Truly amazing service and the staff is amazing. I will go back when it's time to buy my husband new SUV and would highly recommend buying a car from Kuni Lexus if you want a stress free transaction.

Kuni Lexus Service in Greenwood Village far exceeds any other service department! I just had my 150K mile mtce on my Lexus GX470 and I have never missed a recommended maintenance with Lexus since we purchased the vehicle. Every single mtce appointment been an extremely positive experience and Kevin is awesome!! I also LOVE the new Lexus facility in Greenwood Village!!

So far I have been fighting tooth and nail for a warranty repair on my is250 that Kuni Lexus will not acknowledge exists, they replaced pistons and rings in my is250 and did shoddy work, after i went to them about idle problems after the fix they said it was a computer problem and that i should drive the car hard and it would solve it, well that didn't work so i looked under the hood and a major ground wire from the engine block was disconnected, and it was also leaking from improperly installed clips on the coolant system, so i went in a second time, they finally said "yea that wire should be connected" well now my car blows white smoke from the tailpipe from start up after not being driven for a few days... an actual cloud that drifts through the neighborhood, I'm headed in for a third time, lets see how they plan on telling me i should accept this diagnosis that they wont be able to replicate. It also has a major rotten egg smell when under acceleration, which i assume is "normal" to them, and just a gas issue, it's beyond strong, people in other cars smell it. I can only wonder if another dealership could do the work, and do it right, instead of telling a me that its something that a car with 70,000 miles should do. Ive owned 12 different cars in my lifetime and none of them have done this 100,000+. I don't think Lexus engineered their cars this way, and no amount of free coffee, bagels, orange juice and heated toilet seats in a dealership solves this problem. if Kuni fixes the issue finally i will retract this review but until then i would avoid any type of repair there

I'm blown away by the excellent service at Kuni Lexus. They could not be more courteous and helpful and the facility is amazing. Thanks to Kuni Lexus of Greenwood village, I'll never own anything but a Lexus. I only wished I lived a little closer so I could spend more time there just hanging out. Plus I love the way my car looks, feels, performs. I guess that's important, as well.
