Seriously Glad i bought a Lexus and so glad i found Kuni in Greenwood Village. Every trip is so enjoyable from the people, Manager, and waiting area. They give me a prompt ride to work and pick me up on-time with a enjoyable driver. Yesterday was the best service ever.. It blew me away and i can brag to my co-workers about the Complimentary Road Side Assistance. My car would not start at lunch(left lights on)..I am driving the carpool and i am responsible for other people. I panicked and called Lexus, they patch me through to Josh the dedicated Road Side Service employee.. He came out started my car and was so polite. It just does not get any better... It made my day

Yesterday I test drove a used car at Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village and spent about 2 hours with salesman Danny Tyson, driving the car, reviewing the Carfax report, being schmoozed and treated to all the luxuries Kuni has to offer its customers. Danny is a charming and personable man. At several points in our meeting Danny told me how much he wanted me to have the car, assuring me that I didn't have to fear him selling it to anyone else but warning me that the other 15 salesmen would be trying to sell it also. Danny seemed to support my plan to have an independent evaluation done by my regular mechanic, which I attempted to arrange by phone before leaving Kuni. My mechanic was unable to look at the car yesterday, so I came home without it. This morning Danny called to ask my progress toward buying the car. I asked him if other people were interested in the car and he said "I'm hiding it for you". Within an hour I had scheduled the evaluation and called Danny. My call went to voicemail, where I left the message that I wanted to come for the car as soon as possible. When Danny finally called me back he told me that he, personally, had just sold the car to someone else. Being that it was a good car offered at a good price, I believe Danny would have had many later opportunities to sell the car without rushing to sell it while he knew I was actively working in the direction of buying it. Perhaps there was something about the car Danny did not want me to learn from my mechanic, or perhaps the transaction was simply not of sufficient value for Danny to feel any need to honor his assurances to me that he would not sell it to another. In any case, this was a very disappointing customer service experience. If Kuni bothers to respond to this review they will no doubt explain that they don't, and by law can't, hold cars for customers, as I've already been told by the used car sales manager. While I'm sure this is true, it's also true that they should not allow their representatives to tell customers otherwise.

I wanted to pass along our thanks and a hearty "well done" for the outstanding customer service our service consultant Mr. Jason Burkhart provided to my wife and I during our last visit. Jason went above and beyond to get my wife checked in and out-the-door with her loaner vehicle in time to meet her morning appointment. He communicated the progress of the work (new front and rear brake service; 2005 RX-330) throughout the day and when our vehicle would be ready for pick-up. Once we arrived in the afternoon, he took time to go over the service and then talked us through the excellent price point - which was significantly lower than the original estimate. As always, the vehicle was washed and brought to us in an efficient manner. If you are looking for a top-notch, courteous and efficient service consultant who knows Lexus and their products - contact Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village and ask for Jason Burkhart. He will provide you superb customer service!

Kuni Lexus does it right! They make you feel valued as a customer and treat you with respect. Their service representatives are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. And they have great facilities for you to enjoy while your car is being serviced. Kuni employees definitely know how to deliver a great customer experience!

The team at Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village were outstanding. I did my research before entering the dealership but it was not necessary to do so. The price for the car I purchased was the same price as a number of different websites said it should be. Dutch did not pressure me in the business office and Bryson was awesome in getting me acquainted to my new vehicle. He even offered to come to my house and get my garage door opener synced! Marshal, my sales person was professional and followed up with me enough but not too much. He got to know me throughout the sales process and ended up recommending a car for me that was more appropriate to my needs. I can not say enough about my great experience!

After a routine service, my wife discovered that a fender had been slightly dislodged. Kelly Kennedy the Service Manager looked at it, immediately recognized the problem, and then scheduled its repair. He buffed out a few scrapes himself, unsolicited just because he saw them, and then he arranged for the repair and a loaner to be delivered to me. This is exceptional service, cheerfully rendered. My wife especially appreciate his caring and professional demeanor.

Our experience with both sales and finance was fantastic. Gary and Tony were detail oriented, helpful, and affable. They definitely made sure we were well taken care of! Also, the facility itself is great.

Think it's time for Kuni Lexus to change to a 10 star system because 5 star doesn't cut it anymore. I have never had anything but first class service in my 11+ year association with the dealership. How often can you buy several cars over a 11 year period and deal with the same salesperson? Bill Owens is that person and I have no doubt when I buy my next Lexus (which I hope is next spring) he'll be there to put together the deal that makes both of us happy. From the moment your drive into the dealership until they hand the keys back to you, you are dealing with a first class operation. How many can say that when they have their "car guy" friends come into town to visit, you say, "Let me take you to my car dealership?" We do!! Of course, we also show them the Colorado mountains.
