I was very satisfied with the Professional Service by the Internet Salesperson, Teresa; Sales Manager, Jessica Katz, and my Sales Person, Martin Guitierrez. Also there was no BS !!! After I completed my On-line Finance Application and indicated that I had a certain amount for a down payment on the Black 2013 KIA Optima, both Teresa and Jessica called w/in One hour of my completion and confirmed that I was Approved for Financing for that car w/the $ that I had stated I was working with. When me, my hubby & 2 yr grandson arrived @ approximately 10:30am, the car was parked in front and we were treated with respect and courtesy. Martin and the GM were both I was able complete the financing which allowed me to purchase the car within a few hours. I left with my New car !!! Thank You :)

We stopped by Kuni just to look around. Later that day we drove out with a brand new CTS Cadillac. We met our young and fairly new sales person, Jesse Felton, as we came onto the lot. We were struck by his open and honest demeanor, and willingness to help us look at, and decide what we may or may not want. We felt no pressure, only that he was trying to help us not direct us. We purchased the car at a fair price, and received $1500 more on our trade-in then we were previously offered at another dealership. Then we met General Sales Manager, Elizabeth D'Amore. What a warm, courteous, and respectful individual she is. She deserves much credit for hiring and managing the sales department. They are geared towards making the customer service the best it can be. The first day we pulled the car from our garage we discovered it did not have a back-up camera, and we really did think it was a stock item. When Elizabeth heard of this, she stepped up and said "no worries", and Kuni Service Dept., professionally installed a back-up camera at no cost to us. We are floored and amazed at how well we were treated. We will recommend everyone we know that needs a car (including family members), to go to the Kuni dealership. It is obvious with every single employee we have dealt with, both in the Sales and Service that everyone there puts the customer first.....love this dealership. We are 100% positive you will not be disappointed with any transactions with them.

Me and my fiancé went to Kuni to see what they had in inventory and test drive a Chevy Cruze., I have purchased over 13 -15 vehicles over the past 25 years, Kuni Chevrolet / Cadillac was one of the easiest , hassle free dealership I have ever purchased from. My Fiancé and I were very happy to find a Cruze with low miles and affordable sticker price. I want to Thank Danielson and everybody at Kuni Chevrolet for making it Happen. Some dealership claim to help credit challenged individuals but really do not go out of their way to really help such as those Paul Blanco sales people that can't even tell you the sales price of a car until they run your credit, What kind of Horse Crap is that,, went twice no go, Visited Kuni, they had the right car, right price and got it done in a few hours. We are now driving our Chevy Cruze and loving it. Thanks Again Danielson and the Crew at Kuni, We will be back when we need a new car, great experience for both of us.. 👍🏽

I Kim Green was worried but once I went in and spoke to the associates I felt relaxed and worked with me to find the perfect truck for my husband Bryan (he was very surprised and happy when he came down to pick it up). I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. They will not waste your time. It will be within your price range, never selling you something you can not afford.

The only reason we purchased our last 4 Cadillac's at Kuni (formerly Hubacher) is because of the Service Center. Ed Sumiyoshi is our service advisor and he has always taken car of us. He moved from Hubacher when Kuni bought them out, so we've had him throughout. I enjoy his sense of humor, but mostly, he does a great job. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the sales side of the house. We used to buy our cars from Todd, but when Kuni bought Hubacher, Todd went to Audi. It hasn't been the same since he left. Also, since Kuni now sells more than Cadillac, we don't get the professionalism that we used to get. The sales staff just doesn't seem to spend any time learning about their cars. It seems to me that instead of standing around waiting to pounce on customers, time would be better spent sitting in the cars and reading about them so that they can answer customer's questions. My experience has been that I have to do my own research to find specific details about the cars, because the sales staff have no idea. We were looking to place an order for an XT5 just the other day. We asked to work with Effie, but he sat with us for about 10 minutes, answered a couple of questions, then he left. Nick came over and talked to us, but as we were leaving, I saw Effie sitting with another couple that was buying a car. We had a scheduled appointment with Effie, so I don't understand why he didn't stay with us. Nick was very helpful. He looked up a lot of stuff for us. We texted back and forth as he found additional information for us and said Effie would be coming in at Noon on Monday and would give me a call to set up a time to come in and order the XT5. He didn't call on Monday or Tuesday, but he did call today (Wednesday). A few months ago, we were going to order a new SRX, so I talked to Dave Forget. When told him I wanted to see what options are available on the 2015, he said they are all pretty much the same, so I said that I still wanted to see the options. His response was a rude, "like what?". At that point, I decided I wouldn't work with him again, hence decided to work with Effie. However, at this point, I am tired of getting the run around and will be ordering our XT5 from Reliable in Roseville. I will definitely miss Ed, but Kuni has lost a long time customer. i have purchased 4 Cadillac and 2 pickups from Kuni/Hubacher. My 5 star ratings below are just for the Service Department, not the Sales Department. The question below, "When selecting an employee at the dealership to work with which do you find most important? (choose one)" should have one more option. How about knowledge of the product? that would be my answer.

Mr. Mezzanares was trying to obtain a future Cadillac, the 2017 XT5 crossover, which as of today, has not yet been released to dealers like us. We haven't even seen one in person yet. Our sales staff is different at KUNI, they're not paid on commission like the old days of car sales. They're approachable and knowledgeable about ALL of the vehicles currently available at our dealership, and also informed about future vehicles, like the incoming 2017 Cadillac XT5 crossover. Obtaining answers to all of Mr. Mezzarnares requests took longer than expected, and we are sorry for the delay. During Mr. Mezzarnares visit to the dealership late Saturday afternoon, we had a lot of customers decide to visit our dealership. We have a diverse sales team in which it was decided by management to have Effie leave to help another guest and Nick help Mr. Mezzarnares. Although not ideal, both guests were able to receive the attention they needed at the time. We sincerely hope Mr. Mezzarnares' expectations are satisfied by whomever he chooses to do business with. We will continue to do our very best to provide quality information and timely and friendly service to all of our guests that do business with us. Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business.

Just moved into sacramento, so this was my second time in. My service rep was very helpful, informitive and cheerful. My Malibu has only been to the dealer for services, so I am so glad I have a helpful place to go.

I brought my car in for a recall repair, and even though I wasn't paying for any services, I was treated like their best customer. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was very helpful in getting my car taken care of. It really means something when you don't feel like just another item on today's to do list.

3rd time should have been a charm but alas that was not the case. I found an automobile that I was interested in on the Kuni website. So much so that I did the Shop, Click & Drive on Saturday January 30th. A nice confirmation came from Elizabeth D'Amore followed by info from Teresa Sanchez. Sunday Teresa called and I made an appointment for 2:00 pm. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and courteously and Teresa came out to meet me. She told me that they did not have the Shop, Click & Drive information I had submitted but reassured me and found a sales person named Angela to assist me. I drove the car, found it to be what I was looking for and proceeded to "put a deal together." A closer named Randy came out and said what can we do for you to drive the Car home. We worked up a deal of sorts. After what seemed like awile. He came out and told me he would have to work the numbers and call me Monday. That did not happen, in fact no one from Kuni called me. Very disappointing. Still waiting for some communication @ 8:00 pm Monday - February 1st.
