Mr. Mezzanares was trying to obtain a future Cadillac, the 2017 XT5 crossover, which as of today, has not yet been released to dealers like us. We haven't even seen one in person yet. Our sales staff is different at KUNI, they're not paid on commission like the old days of car sales. They're approachable and knowledgeable about ALL of the vehicles currently available at our dealership, and also informed about future vehicles, like the incoming 2017 Cadillac XT5 crossover. Obtaining answers to all of Mr. Mezzarnares requests took longer than expected, and we are sorry for the delay. During Mr. Mezzarnares visit to the dealership late Saturday afternoon, we had a lot of customers decide to visit our dealership. We have a diverse sales team in which it was decided by management to have Effie leave to help another guest and Nick help Mr. Mezzarnares. Although not ideal, both guests were able to receive the attention they needed at the time. We sincerely hope Mr. Mezzarnares' expectations are satisfied by whomever he chooses to do business with. We will continue to do our very best to provide quality information and timely and friendly service to all of our guests that do business with us. Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business.
