I Kim Green was worried but once I went in and spoke to the associates I felt relaxed and worked with me to find the perfect truck for my husband Bryan (he was very surprised and happy when he came down to pick it up). I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. They will not waste your time. It will be within your price range, never selling you something you can not afford.

I recently had my oil changed on my 2011 Cadillac SRX and with that came a multi point inspection and tire rotation. The whole process took less than 45m, which was great compared to the estimated time of 90m, but when my vehicle was returned to me I noticed something that was a little disturbing, I lost one of the valve caps on the passenger rear tire and hadn't got around to replacing it so when I received my vehicle back and that darn valve with no cap was in the same place, I quickly bought it to the attention of the service advisor and without any argument quickly took my keys and had a technician actually rotate my tires

3rd time should have been a charm but alas that was not the case. I found an automobile that I was interested in on the Kuni website. So much so that I did the Shop, Click & Drive on Saturday January 30th. A nice confirmation came from Elizabeth D'Amore followed by info from Teresa Sanchez. Sunday Teresa called and I made an appointment for 2:00 pm. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and courteously and Teresa came out to meet me. She told me that they did not have the Shop, Click & Drive information I had submitted but reassured me and found a sales person named Angela to assist me. I drove the car, found it to be what I was looking for and proceeded to "put a deal together." A closer named Randy came out and said what can we do for you to drive the Car home. We worked up a deal of sorts. After what seemed like awile. He came out and told me he would have to work the numbers and call me Monday. That did not happen, in fact no one from Kuni called me. Very disappointing. Still waiting for some communication @ 8:00 pm Monday - February 1st.

We brought our Cadillac Escalade in September 2015. It took Kuni service 3 weeks to get back to us to let us know the problem, then they went ahead and supposedly made the repair, but the problem persists. We brought the car back on December 29, 2015 to complain that they did not repair the car properly. We have been attempting unsuccessfully to get them to repair the car and it was always one reason or another. To date (January 11, 2016), they still have not gotten back to us with the car's problem. The delays are absolutely unacceptable. A car shouldn't have to sit at the dealer's garage for weeks and the service is unsatisfactory when you expect that a Cadillac dealer should be able to properly diagnose their own make's problem and fix it.

Great experience purchasing my first new car from KUNI Chevrolet. Rohit the salesperson was a pleasure to work with and ensured that I got the car (and the deal) that I wanted. The paperwork and documentation was the scariest part for me, but Jason and Cassandea made it truly a breeze. During the wait time they even turned the big screen TV in the lounge to Thursday Night Football! (I'm a huge Fantasy Football fan) . All in all, my experience at KCC was memorable and I'm happy that I purchased my 2015 'Maro from here.

I had a wonderful buying experience back in April 2015 and the first visit to the service center was wonderful. But today I went to Kuni for a oil change, the express service staff was on lunch. One of the service guys Ed was not really nice. He stated "um, I can't really help you - maybe one of these other guys can". So I asked "one of these other guys" and they also told me they couldn't help me either. I felt awkward just standing around looking for someone I could ask to help. So I decided to wait in my car until someone came to me when THEY were ready. Mind you, there were no customers standing in front of the service mens' stations. I waited about 10 minutes in my car until a nice and seemingly friendly gentleman named Rick asked if I needed help. He seemed eager to help me. What a relief!! Then another service man in a blue shirt named Rick Latour from Texas got our paperwork started for an oil change and rotation. He made my day when she said my service warranty covered this work. No charge!! Rick mentioned that he and the other Rick were from Texas. His conversation was nice and he made eye contact... So important to me. I would have given 5 stars on Rick and Rick's service alone. But I dinged Kuni two stars because of the two guys that seemed to busy to even point me in a direction where I could get help. Even if it meant I was to stand in line, a little direction for a newer customer would have been nice. Or maybe have customers take a number when they walk in, it's just confusing where to help if no one greets you upon arrival.
