#Toronto Police are asking for the public's help in connection with an attempted murder investigation in the city's east-end. Police responded to a #shooting incident in the Pharmacy Ave. and Danforth Ave. area and found a 22-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to hospital. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

A jury found a 19-year-old man guilty of first-degree #murder in the death of a Toronto-area police officer. An altercation between the man and the officer took place during a routine traffic stop and the man sped off his vehicle with the officer clinging to the door. The vehicle flipped, pinning the officer, who later died in hospital.

#Toronto Police are searching for a 36-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman wanted in the first-degree #murder of a Vaughan man. A security surveillance video captured the two suspects leaving an apartment unit in the area of Jane Street and St. Clair Avenue West hours after the victim was last seen. The man's body was found three days later in the unit.

Police are investigating after shots were fired in downtown #Toronto near a venue hosting a concert. Police say someone was pistol whipped inside the venue. Officers believe the #assault happened shortly before the shooting. One person was treated for minor injuries. The investigation is ongoing.

Police are still investigating after a 33-year-old #Toronto man was shot in the city's west end last month. The victim was just steps from his car when he was shot to death. Investigators said that while they believe the man was the intended target of the #shooting, a motive is still unknown. No information about possible suspects has been released yet.

Police have charged a 21-year-old #Toronto man with first-degree #murder in the fatal stabbing death of his 12-year-old brother. Police and paramedics were called to a hotel in downtown Toronto and found the boy with stab wounds in the neck. He was rushed to hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
