Hey there! I'm Kristin Dziadul. First and foremost, I'm an enthusiastic marketer and lover of meeting new people.
I am also the founder of KDMedia, a Digital Marketing Consultantancy. I create various marketing communication strategies with strong attention to social media and content creation. I also execute on many of these strategies by managing the day-to-day social and blog activity to amplify a brand’s voice and message in a consistent style.
I work with companies both large and small to help invent, develop and refine their online marketing strategies by delivering engagement programs and valuable content that accelerate business results and build brand loyalty.
I specialize in humanizing brands and putting your customer at the center of the marketing strategy to build engaging brands that people love. I listen and take the time to understand your customers. I am authentic and talk to people as humans. I believe brands must earn loyalty and I know how to build that customer love.
In the past, I was in Developer Relations at Crashlytics (which was acquired by Twitter in February 2013), fostering customer love by building strong, genuine relationships. I regularly wrote blog posts and managed the social media presence of Crashlytics as well as managed a website redesign and several product launches. I was also the Marketing Analyst at Backupify. As employee #4 I helped to build out the marketing team and developed our social media presence, blog strategy and content, PR strategy and assisted with almost every other facet of marketing for the company. I was also a weekly contributing writer for BostInnovation, a tech and startup blog in Boston.
