Loving Prisma! I made a Prisma video last week after I noticed one of the filters reminded me of "A Scanner Darkly".

Took a day of rest on Wednesday, overslept on Thursday, came back today to a well-rounded workout despite some really bad insomnia last night. Worked out with a 30lb KB instead of 40, but it was heavy enough for the amount of reps we did.

Sad note: The Sweat Box is closing at the end of the month. Will is planning to offer training, and he'll have details on Monday. My cousin and his girlfriend are trying to convince me to try CrossFit, but I'm very reluctant. I don't think it's what I'm really looking for. Besides, Will has been with me through this journey, and I want to continue with him.

Cross fit is similar to what you have been doing. You can always check out body weight/resistance stuff like what http://www.teemajor.com/ uses.

Not every workout is awesome. Today's workout was frustrating. The oblique twists slowed me down a lot. I might have accidentally miscounted on one of my wall balls and did an extra round of oblique twists as a result. I didn't even get to the third workout while everyone else was already halfway through it. Again, not sure if I was just that slow on oblique twists or if I did extra. Watching the others do them, they were definitely much faster at them. One even commented how that was the easiest exercise for them.

Putting in the work is what matters! As for easy or hard. Some things are super easy for some and hard for others. The fact that you stayed with it and pushed through the harder stuff what is awesome! Stick with it!

G+ Android Update 8.2 & 8.3
As we continue to work on bigger re-writes to help make development on Google+ Android faster in the future, our Android app releases will be lighter on features and focus primarily on fixing issues. Two weeks ago we rolled out version 8.2.0 of the G+ Android app and today we're rolling out version 8.3.0. Between them:

* 84 bug fixes
* 10 accessibility issues addressed

As always, please send us your ideas/issues using our Send Feedback menu item as that's the best way to ensure we'll see them. Thanks~

That EMOM took a good amount of hustle. We had to run to either Dearborn or the telephone pole, of which Dearborn is farther, and do 10 mountain climbers. I had to run to the telephone pole for two of the rounds just so I could catch my breath. The partner work was good. Paired up with +Jennie Moorfield who set a good pace.

A lot of hustle in today's workout. Only three of us in the class, so we banded together and motivated each other by setting and keeping paces, sharing techniques, etc.

Google Hangouts update

You can now invite anyone to join your group chat simply by sharing a unique link.

Instead of adding each member to the group one by one, you can open the group’s options page to enable joining by link. Once enabled, anybody with the link can join the conversation. This means that even if you don’t have someone in your contact list, you can still quickly add them to your Hangouts conversation by sending a link instead. You can disable joining by link at any time so that you are always in control of your conversations.

Joining by link is rolling out on all platforms starting today, so you should see this available on your device over the next few days. It will now be easier than ever to bring the right people together.

In addition to group link sharing, you can also easily find your group conversations by searching for the group name or participant name. This is available with the latest update on Android and will be available on iOS soon.
