I missed the morning workout so I decided to make up for it in the evening class. Will was our trainer, and he was brutal; he always is though. See the items in black? He made me double those numbers, including the warm up. Oh, and then after the workout was done, he asked me to give him 10 more seconds of something, my pick, so I did push ups. Yeah, it sucked.

No "Use Messenger for SMS" in Hangouts 7.0?
After many days of waiting, I finally got the Hangouts update on my Nexus 5x. To my surprise, I didn't get the message suggesting I use Messenger for SMS messages. I don't know if Google delayed the rollout to remove that message, or if perhaps there not displaying it to Project Fi customers as it would mean the loss of SMS from any platform as advertised.

There are days when I wake up to workout, and I just don't want to go. I'm either tired and want more sleep, I feel sore from two days ago, it's just raining, or some combination of those reasons among others. Today was one of those days. The workout was all 100s, except for the warmup; those were 50 each leg. It was hard. I felt slow even on the run (in the rain). I did it anyway. Sometimes you just have to stuck it up.

I love leg day! There's something about it that feels powerful. I used to hate it. The burn used to kick in too quickly making it downright painful. I know that meant they'd be getting stronger, so I pushed through as much as I could, which wasn't very much at all. Over time, I started to feel the strength and power they developed. Now I'm doing box jumps instead of tire jumps, 100 squats with fewer stops, running with greater speed. It really is an incredible feeling.

Got to the gym late today and missed the warm up. The rest of the workout was good. Felt easier than I thought it would, but it kept me moving. We did a third workout that was all abs and planks, and then I ran the New Street loop afterward just for personal extra credit. Great way to end the week. Not bad for someone who just turned 40 yesterday. 💪🏃

Anyone familiar with Auphonic? I've been using Levelator, but this looks to be a better tool.
The automatic audio post production webservice, using signal processing and machine learning techniques.

I've been using Levelator myself and have been satisfied, but may give this a try. I should be able to stay within the free platform for the amount of work I have. Nice find!

Pretty straightforward but rigorous workout for the start of the week. I also ended up doing a battle rope workout with Micah instead of resistance bands for workout #2.
