I attended a networking event at Trop and was impressed with everything about the facility, especially the friendliness of the staff which isn't a given at Gun Shops and ranges. I didn't use the range, but the next time that I go to a shooting range, it will be Trop.

My family dined at Shady Maple for my wife's birthday and it was an exceptional customer experience. The staff was very helpful and the way that they are able to accommodate so many people is impressive. This was my third time there, so I have had the luck of eating breakfast, lunch and dinner there and the experience has been consistent throughout. The only thing that I wish they would do is improve their website experience. It is NOT consistent with the customer experience that you get when there.

Staff was not friendly at all. They treated all the kids there, including my daughters, like dogs and this was not cool to me and my wife. I also noticed that for every 4 tokens you use, you lost one token because of their faulty games. When you drop $40 on tokens, this equates to a lot of money that they are taking from their customers. Overall, the entire experience wasn't friendly. We were vacationing in the area so this was our first and probably last stop at Cluggy's.

Wish they had a website so I don't have to call every time I have a question, but since they do not, I thought it was worth sharing their hours of operation during the weekday. M-F 8a.m. - 4:15p.m. Very polite owners. Easy access and quick service.

Excellent food. Friendly staff. You cannot go wrong with visiting this restaurant, either eat in or take out. Quality is obviously a priority to the owners, which I can appreciate.
