WIRED's high-res image of Olaus Magnus' Carta Marina is pretty cool.
Take a dip with history’s most bizarre and ferocious sea monsters. Some are big enough to be mistaken for islands. Others have blades on their backs for slicing open ships. Almost all have a taste for human meat.

Combine that with the software to extract editbale 3D objects from photos and then 3D print the thing

Great initial list. I'd add River, Kaylee and Willow.

I noticed, last night, that Season 4 of The IT Crowd was available on Netflix. I re-watched Season 3 just for review and will jump into Season 4 tonight.
Best episode in Season 3?
"Are We Not Men?" So very funny.

It's official, I'm jaded. SWTOR has me bored to tears. It didn't hold my attention a week.
I expected something new and different, all I got was a very attractive World of Warcraft.
Even with all it's problems, SWG was so much better. It was VAST, you could spend hours wandering or nursing your own obsessions! You could build something unique. SWTOR is like a field trip to the mall. I guess, far, far away and long, long ago planets only needed 10 square miles of surface area.
I usually get a new MMO and play franticly for a while. I skipped right over that and booted up SKYRIM before my Christmas weekend was over.
Good luck SWTOR, you'll probably make a lot of money. You shined up a popular MMO.
