An interesting piece of history.  Good luck accomplishing something similar these days.  There is just too much data out there on us.

We are now at the mercy of whistle blowers and those who feel their lives are worth what they reveal...  I think the government labels those people as traitors and terrorists.

What do you call them?

"Among the grim litany of revelations was a blackmail letter F.B.I. agents had sent anonymously to the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., threatening to expose his extramarital affairs if he did not commit suicide."

This little nugget of what the FBI was doing in the 60s gave me pause... The government is not always interested in what is best for all its citizens.
Burglars who broke into an F.B.I. field office in 1971 and stole files that revealed the extent of the bureau’s surveillance of political groups are only now revealing their identities.

this also explains why humans naturally crave high fat foods, because they are more energy dense than other foods.

Hey Mike.  As per our weekend last month on Guinness.  You mentioned if I ever had ideas for you or comments to throw them your way.

One of the things you mentioned in the day was how modern ice is moving away from screamers a bit.   I'd like to see you do a video on screamers and explain them a bit, some of the research on them and why or why not you might want to roll with them.

I appreciate the inflexible dudes help, as an inflixble dude.   Unfortunately Downward dog ends up being so painful for me, it takes the relaxation completely away. What I have actually been looking for a single muscle(group) stretches for really inflexible dudes to get started with Yoga.   One muscle at a time is much less painful!

Permission manager...

So what on earth happened to the permission manager that AOKP was toting a while back? It came, it went, it's coming back?

I understand there were some handling changes to permissions in the os?

Anyone actually know what went down?

So I guess there are two questions.
1) was AOKP just using AppOps?
2) How do I get fine grained permission control?

Best ad ever. I just couldn't put it down. Sadly, it was far more entertaining then the content it was actually preluding to.

I think Danielle was looking for somewhere to share a power circle of fitness gurus, and not suggestions for other communities to join.

Introduction: I'm a 25 yr old university student and I want to feel powerful in my everyday life. So far, lifting weights had been good for this, but I just need to get into a routine and keep it up!

Typical western style Chinese food. You can do worse, you can do better. Either way, we keep coming back over the years and there are a lot of options closer. They are either worse, more expensive, or both. They are jerks about delivery, especially if you are north of the River. Just pick it up yourself, they really aren't interested in delivering. I've never eaten in the store... who does that anyway, it's Chinese.

I did my open water from a referral letter with these guys. Janco was my instructor and he is a real Top-notch instructor and Dive Master. I felt extremely comfortable with the diving and my safety with Janco. After my four open water tests/dives me and my experienced dive buddy continued on with other Dive Masters and completed 6 more dives. Here are my notes: - Really good service, excellent English all around - Casual no pressure feel - Good boats - Direct to Cozomel diving (no ferry!) - Decent rental gear. New Cressi and Mares vests. - Very affordable and willing to meet your needs - Great staff all around - Super good 1 Litre Mohitos across the street at L'a Bassade

After an extended stay of ~ 4 weeks here are my conclusions: The hotel is over run by screaming children and inconsiderate families. The pool which is in a central wing of the hotel can be heard in the next wing over while in my room, this is a considerable distance. If you are looking for a pool party with your kids this is probably a good place to go. If you are a tradesman or a businessman you may want to reconsider. While the amenities are OK for these purposes kids running up and down the halls and adults screaming at them may not be a relaxing experience for guests Notes: - Fridges in rooms - microwaves on request, results may vary - good wired and wireless internet - parking can be a real problem - HDMI cables, and adaptors for gaming consoles available on request - No coin operated laundry - Generally noisey - A good pub and a good breakfast place - No coupons or continental breakfast offered - A/C / heating unit seems to blow air and nothing else - Above average cleanliness and good staff - Samsung 60" 720p TVs in the rooms Over all this hotel fails to appeal to tradesmen, lacking coin laundry, adequate parking, continental breakfast/coupons and a quite atmosphere. Families should feel right at home though.

Fast and prompt service! Jedi (Dan) really helped tune up my machine which is bogged down badly from a couple years of crap software, dust, and general neglect. Great tune-up, he saved me a lot of time and hassle. Dan also really knows his way around network and enterprise environments. This is where most of my business with him occurs. He knows the tech well and can save you all that time sorting out what you think you need from what you really need. Upstanding guy, great company!
