Does anybody have experience with multi-operator logging with fllog from fldigi, especially in digital-mode contests?

In a discussion about digital-mode contesting I looked at fldigi and fllog, but searching for experiences in contests with fllog I find nobody who writes about their experiences (negative or positive).

http://www.w1hkj.com/FldigiHelp-3.21/html/ui_configuration_log_server_page.html#logbook_network_address

I'm a reasonably satisfied user of fldigi in digital-mode contesting but I haven't run a multi-operator digital-mode contest yet.

No experience with multilogging but I guess you will find your answer in the Yahoo Win-FLDigi group:

Whenever I follow a facebook link I always get the big popups that I'm not logged-in/registered. That is correct, because I don't intend to do that. But some people insist on "sharing" content there and publishing the urls on the open web.

It just dawned on me. Facebook is an intranet. And like any other intranet, information goes hiding in there.

An error message I just saw in my browser. And no, I did not select 'view intimate technical details'.

A PKCS #11 module returned CKR_DEVICE_ERROR, indicating that a problem has occurred with the token or slot. Error code: SEC_ERROR_PKCS11_DEVICE_ERROR

This is not 'making security easy'.

How about Outlook displaying certificate errors if the cyphers aren't offered in a precise (undocumented) order?

A new amateur radio satellite to play with. One with a limited power budget, so availability will be an issue.
Also, make sure you don't use more power than needed so the transponder is available for everyone and the power use is minimal.

I have heard far too many ragchewing on the birds. These folks are clearly running far too much uplink power, as breaking in, has been impossible. What happened to courtesy?

Expect insecure login and payment pages to show up in places you really did not want them in the first place...

+Nick Alcock they mention that as a fairly explicit goal: each step should not hit too large a percentage of sites, so it hits hard enough to make devs change their behavior. Salami-slippery-slope-tactics used for good instead of evil, which: kudos.

+Peter Goodhall gave a talk at the last Amsat-UK colloqium about his portable (or not so portable, but from remote locations) amateur satellite operations. The talk was recorded by the BATC and made available on Youtube.

It's a real nice talk, I enjoyed it.

I am delighted with the great quality videos showing up documenting NPOTA activations. It turns out the NPOTA program not only gives a great opportunity for amateur radio operating, for promoting amateur radio and for enjoying US national parks but also for documenting and sharing the results!
Good video production quality, showing the highlights and not getting tedious. Congratulations to all video-makers!

Ofcom monitoring station being sold.
Maybe there will be a bargain for an amateur or club in there.
And what will this do for RF spectrum enforcement by Ofcom...

It's more of a fall cleaning of stored old equipment than closing down anything.
