"An Old Attic is Transformed into a Gorgeous Apartment"
For a suburban homeowner, a trip to the attic might be a must, dusty and uncommon occurrence to retrieve Christmas lights or plan a garage sale. But for one pair of architects, a dusty and dilapidated attic wasn't just a storage space - it was a challenge. The two founders of Superpozycja Architekci did not see a run down space when they first encountered this attic: they saw a bright, modern home. 10 Modern Kitchens That Any Home Chef Would Envy
Some people say that the kitchen is the heart of the home. After all, it is where meals are prepared and often where family and friends gather at the end of a long day. That means that a kitchen should be a reflection not only of someone's personal style, but also of their personality and the kind of impression they want to make. The ten kitchens in this post are not simple gathering spaces. They are testaments to modern design elements with clean, elegant lines and carefully chosen details. But above all they are functional, with spaces to cook, to sit, and to enjoy.

10 Classic Misconceptions of Interior Designers
Some think interior design is all about playing with fabrics and furnishings, making everything pretty and perfect. And some think that design is only what they see on popular television shows and is unattainable for themselves. Sadly, television only shows a small part of the profession; there are many other responsibilities that happen behind the scenes, so we are going to attempt to raise the curtains (perhaps floral or damask curtains?) and show you the many facets of interior designers.
