Voyages to Antiquity is a boutique luxury cruise company with one mid-size Premium Class cruise ship called the Aegean Odyssey travelling mainly within central and eastern Mediterranean. They offer the best features of 4-6 week holiday cruises – generous suites, a choice of restaurants and public spaces. What distinguishes them from others is their focus on ancient history, the monuments, and the lectures by historians as you cruise travelling to a new location.

Ruba approached the Voyages to Antiquity company independently with the idea of creating a promotional video to inform and engage potential customers of the richness and variety of the company’s cruise. Ruba’s media, photography, and regional experience made her the ideal person to carry this through.

Ruba and her film crew experienced the cruise first-hand along the Levant down to Egypt. They took photographs, shot video, and interviewed passengers and edited these clips into a final version, providing the client with an enchanting video of the atmosphere, facilities, locations and activities that Voyages to Antiquity offers on their cruise ship.

Since then, with strife in Syria, Egypt, and Lebanon dominating the headlines of Western newspapers, Voyages to Antiquity decided to expand its horizons. The company now includes The Maldives, Kenya, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and Burma to name a few in it’s cruise destinations.
