Ciao amici! Today we have a beautiful story and product to share with all of you: the "Five Moon Bread" or "Pane delle Cinque Lune" in Italian, a new and wonderful creation of our trusted local baker Beppe. It is a bread made with ancient grains and sourdough starter, with a unique characteristic: for five nights (for "five moons" then, that's why it is called this way) the dough is worked and left to rise by Beppe before being considered ready for baking. This long and slow rising allow the preservation of the bread fresh and crispy for almost one week, and it also helps the bread to become easy to digest.
If you want to get closer to the charming art of making bread, join us this April for our Spring Tour (exact dates: April 22-29), as we will enjoy an interesting hands-on bread-making workshop with Beppe, learning how to bake delicious focacce and special kinds of bread in a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.
More information at: arianna@kmzerotours.com , ti aspettiamo!

Great #hike yesterday here in Chianti, exploring new beautiful places, learning new stories and making new friends.
We had lots of laughs and a few adventurous moments, learning the importance of cooperating together and helping each other in order to overcome obstacles and difficulties.
Thanks so much everyone for another wonderful day together, love sharing those precious moments with you all.
Alla prossima avventura!

Tutti a tavola, it's lunch time here in #Chianti!🍝 #Homemade ricotta and spinach #ravioli topped with #farmtotable sage coming directly from the garden anyone? YES PLEASE!😉
If it's true that we are what we eat, that's exactly what we would love to become right now 😊 .
Buon appetito a tutti, wishing you a #delicious and #slow day!
