while reading fell over this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunbar's_number

Interesting read and intuitive concept - we do tend to lump people in boxes dont we?

You know you've grown to embrace google circles when you find yourself in need of an "Enemies" circle.

I should re-name my circles to a Hero theme:
Sidekicks, secret hideout, friends in low places, friends in high places etc.

what Does a Higgs Boson at 125GeV mean for the universe we live in : http://blog.vixra.org/2011/12/04/what-would-a-higgs-at-125-gev-tell-us/ (assuming they reach a sigma 5 at some point in the future)

The "vandrehjem" down the street is as cozy. Rooms here have 5 star prices, but 2 star looks - filled with ikea crap and mouldy bathrooms

Old, decrepit place without any charm whatsoever, bad beach, dirty toilets and showers. The restaurant serves greasy spoon dishes and charges an arm and a leg for it. Oh and the constant flyovers of the turist turing helicopters doesn't help either
