Kiwi has cleaned my carpets and vents several times. I am admittedly picky about the service I receive and recommend. Kiwi technicians did a thorough job in the cleaning. The technicians and the sales reps were courteous and informative without being overbearing. They were very helpful and pleasant to work with. So, I just booked Kiwi to clean at my adult child's first home (pre-owned) so that that home can be fresh and clean as they move in. I plan on continuing using Kiwi Services!

Called them to clean an area rug that was only two weeks old. My 3 pound dog tinkled on it in an area the size of a quarter. This is an 8x10 rug. I tried to clean it myself but there was a bad smell. Called Kiwi they came to get the rug the next day. Told me it would be $167 with tax. A week later did not have my rug and they quoted me $180 (Something) for a 9x11 rug. I don't have a 9x11 and I was quoted $167 with tax. Elizabeth Cyr contacted me and told me to wave the tax and it would be $154 for an 8x10 rug. Another week goes by and I finally get my rug and am quoted 180 something again. I said no, Elizabeth Cyr said taxes would be waved.. Argued with her and she finally got with her and it was cleared. They dropped my rug off a few days later and I had to argue with Walker about the $187. He finally threw his hands in the air and told me to deal with "them" meaning Kiwi customer service. A few hours later I unwrapped my rug and it stunk to high heaven. It was wet and STILL smelled like 3 pound chihuahua pee. It had brown stains on the back of it. It's so wrinkled and they wont come out. My two week old rug looks 5 years old. I only paid $500 for it, but it was not theirs to destroy. I do not recommend them and I am pissed about what they have done. I paid $154 FOR NOTHING

Pet odor can be stubborn and difficult to remove. We do offer an odor removal treatment for rugs that is an additional cost. This treatment kills stubborn odor-causing bacteria from some of the toughest sources that may elude general cleanings. Since we stand behind our work we would love the opportunity to pick up your rug and provide you with a re-cleaning and pet odor treatment free of charge. Additionally we will evaluate the rug, and if we caused damaged we will repair it at no cost to you. Our customer care team has called and emailed you to schedule a time for us to pick up the rug for retreatment. Please give us a call at your convenience to schedule this free service. I have used Kiwi carpet cleaning for 20+ years now. My kids had asthma at young ages and so I started using Kiwi then. Now when people come thru my house they can't believe my carpet is the original carpeting. And I love the way it smells and I love the bottle refill so I can spot clean when I need to.

Great customer service. Called one day and technician came out to my home to give me estimate the next day. Appointment in less than a week. Technician very courteous. Came to home, picked up, cleaned and delivered seven area rugs and replaced them exactly where they were in our home originally. We are having our ceramic tile cleaned and sealed next week.

We used KIWI carpet cleaning service and they did a wonderful job. The techs were very nice and professional. I loved the scent of my carpet after they were cleaned. We will not use anyone else! :)

I've used Kiwi for years, and they've always been first rate. Rachel was my customer service rep this time around; she was friendly and knowledgeable, the kind of warm person who makes you glad you are doing business with them right from your first phone call. Oscar and Gabriel are upstairs transforming the guest room carpet as I write this review; the guys were here right on time, friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to do a great job. When companies get 5-star reviews, you can bet it's all about the PEOPLE - and Kiwi has consistently had the best people I've had the pleasure to deal with.

after working long day at work and spending another hour of vacuum my own carpet and waiting until 430 for guy to arrive. He arrive ready to start and he finds out the his machine didn't work and he tried many differ plug and still didn't work. So he worked on his machine and reported that he was unable to get to get fixed because of water getting on the machine. So he calls HQ and speak to Laura ( I think) and only gave me two choice for my inconvenience. Put only could pick one. Either free scotchgard or extend the warrnty by 3 month. I ask for both and was told no... Only can choice one. I wanted both. The guy leave without saying bye or sorry. I wasn't sure he was even gone and until I checked the driveway and he truck was gone. I was really expecting more but was only left with much disappointment. I think is might be last time we use kiwi. I'm sure other companies make sure they give they employees equipment that actual work and make sure me they are extremely satisfied but nope kiwi left bad taste in my month
