Here are BipolarOnFire.com's hopes for 2018:
1. Love more
2. Worry less
3. Exercise more
4. Eat better
5. Laugh more
6. Find a job I can enjoy
7. Find a place I can call home that is peaceful and safe and affordable.
8. STAY STABLE!!!
Wish her the best of luck. I'll join her in all but goals 6 (instead, I plan to finish writing my memoir) & 7 (Thank God my husband provides for us).

Resolve to be Loving, Kind, and Just
In 2018, Tony Roberts resolves "to act justly, love mercy, walk humbly [and to] show intentional kindness". His goals are:
1. The development of our mental health podcast Revealing Voices.
2. Regular participation in the life of my faith community.
3. Growing love within my family, especially my children.
4. Learning more about faith and mental illness.
5. Continuing our Faithful Friends mental health group.
