I would not recommend hiring Kitchen Central for a job. Here is our abbreviated experience: We did a kitchen remodel which entailed all new cabinets, new granite, new kitchen sink and new island. Everything started our great, cabinets looked good, new granite installed looked good, but the finishing touches looked horrible. To the point where we regret hiring Kitchen Central. Unfortunately, Kitchen Central has gone radio silent on us and has not returned our calls or emails. A few specific examples of the poor finishing details that we will now have to hire someone to fix: 1 - the new sink was installed and instead of using the new rubber sink strainer they used the old grimy sink strainer. Really looks terrible against the new sink. 2 - In the corner of the kitchen where the two cabinets come together, there remains an open hole so if you look beneath the upper cabinets you can see nail holes and banged up sheetrock. A wood cover needs to be added in order to have a look of continuity with the bottom of the other cabinets. It is the same with the top of the same corner. Just a hole for decorations to fall through. 3 - Our tile does not extend all the way to the base of the cupboards. The worker added quarter round to cover the gap between the cabinet and the tile but it doesn't cover the gap entirely. Also, looks terrible and its lazy work. When we asked the worker if there was something that could be done he shrugged and said we could hire someone to fix it with grout. Unfortunately, we had already hired him. You spend a lot of money on a kitchen remodel. Its unfortunate ours has turned into a nightmare. We have notified Kitchen Central of these and other issues, however, they are not returning our calls or emails. I don't want others to have to experience what we have so please be aware.

Most home renovations usually reach a point where the Owner has regrets that they even decided to start the project. Our project with Kitchen Central never came close to approaching this stage. The Kitchen Central team of Kelli, Rickey, Eli and the whole Kitchen Central staff and workers devoted the time at the front end to understand our vision and the patience for multiple design review sessions to confirm every detail. Their attention to the details along with highly professional execution of the installation, produced a spectacular new kitchen that exceeded our expectations. The end product was truly the kitchen or our dreams. Truly satisfied. Ulana and Stephen

Thank you Mr. Owens. We enjoyed working on your project and the opportunity to show your family what we can do as a team. We wish you well and let us know how we can help in the future. Sincerely, Ricky
