Hi guys, as some of you know I have had some great results by getting kicking myself in the bum and getting back to basics and being disciplined around my calls! If your results aren't where they need to be listen to this quick 2 minute video and I got so many questions about this that at the end is a link to Part 2 a short clip on the 'How to's of phone rapport' to help you shine on those calls and get over anything that may be holding you back. Love to hear your thoughts and results!
A lesson I was reminded of this past week... In our home I slap a plastic hand clacker loudly when ever someone has a win personally or professionally. It has been slapped a lot these past few weeks as I had committed to 7 sales calls a day and the ACTION had a very positive reaction = RESULTS. Last week I was filming and speaking and so the calls were put on hold. Yesterday my room mate said to me 'I haven't heard the clacker lately'. A great reminder that with INACTION comes silence. A silence that no entrepreneur wants to hear for too long. So get in ACTION and make stuff happen and clap loudly or ring your bell or do a gig jig when the results come in :)

I have recently been sharing the importance of discipline around our sales process. That means, getting on the phone, making 7 sales calls a day, religiously for 5 days a week.
Since then I have had people ask questions about building phone call rapport. These are some of the things that came up about making sales calls that I want to share with you so that you can be successful. Watch the 3 minute video here.

It doesn't always go as planned but their are always beautiful gifts. I was just sharing with my room mate who many of you know was temporarily paralyzed in October last year (She is finally taking her first steps). The gift has been we are so much closer. We used to live very independent lives all coming and going from the house. Now we have so many more dinners together, we cook and laugh and watch tv together, it really has been the most wonderful gift in a not so perfect situation. Love your way through it all. k x
