Sohpear treated us with respect and with honesty.. We felt like we were treated like family. They had the product we wanted and we were able to negotiate a fair price. I would strongly recommend Kingsway Toyota.

The guys in the Parts Dept were wonderful! My son wanted a battery charger for his Prius & Hylander as a Christmas gift. I asked another dealership about type and availability of correct charger and got no help. Pat answered the Parts' phone when I called Kingsway and knew exactly what I needed. He ordered it for me and Ian called me today to say it was in. I picked it up this afternoon (and received a surprise bag of swag with the charger!). All employees I spoke with were pleasant and courteous and portrayed an attitude of wanting to deliver excellent service. Based on the service of the Parts Dept, I will be purchasing my next vehicle at Kingsway Toyota!

First time I took my RAV4 to Kingsway Toyoda for service I was really impressed for their friendly, helpful and knowledgeable services. Thanks to Johnny and his staff. I will recommend to my friends any time.

I went to this dealership with a friend. She called me because she had put a deposit down on a car the day before and wasn't comfortable with how the numbers she got were adding up. She asked me to accompany her to the dealership as she wanted to discuss the matter with them. We sat down with the person she had previously spoken to. I recognize communication as a two-way street so I was disgusted when the sales person attempted to lay the blame entirely on her "lack of understanding" without taking responsibility for how he had explained the terms. We asked for copies of what she had signed and were told that those sheets "were the property of Kingsway Toyota." They wouldn't make us a copy even though her signature was on them. There was a clause at the back of what she signed that stated the agreement could be nullified if both parties agreed to it, and since my friend was unwilling to pay the inflated price she wanted her deposit back. We were at a stalemate since the salespeople (the sales manager was involved at this point) were unwilling to admit their level of responsibility in the miscommunication. Perhaps they had quotas to meet. I thought my friend was being exploited, and said so. This set them off. They raised their voices to us, and the sales manager stormed out of the office making a comment upon exiting that I ought to get therapy. I think this is a very disturbing and ignorant attitude as it implies shame belongs on those who seek help for mental health issues, and that raising your voice to a perceived injustice signifies a mental health issue. The sales manager soon returned saying that he wanted us to leave or he was going to call the police. I said that was fine with me, and a few moments later my friend got her deposit back. It's important for me to express that I am a customer of Toyota. I bought a new car from the dealership on Whyte Ave several years ago. I am absolutely repulsed by the behaviour my friend and I encountered at the Kingsway dealership. I urge others to consider doing business at another establishment.

I recently leased a 2015 Rav4. My experience was excellent from the minute I walked in. I wasn't harassed in anyway. Arz Shtay and John Mayhew were extremely helpful with answering even the toughest questions. They truly made me feel as tho I was dealing with friends rather than a typical salesman. There was a minor complication which added a few days to the deal, which was more then fine for me as this just added more friendly people to my week (Catherine On and Jordan Clarke). Also I was completely taken care of during the entire week, whether it's popcorn, coffee while you wait or a 2015 Rav4 to borrow! During the finance process Alan Lim took the time to carefully explain the lease and lease options to ease my mind over my first lease. I could go on and on detailing every experience I had with every member I worked with, But until you experience it, these are just words. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car, even if it is not a Toyota you are looking for. Thank you Kingsway Toyota. Devin

We are a first time buyer of a brand new car Corolla LE and convinced to close a deal, which unexpectedly got the deal at that night. As we are open minded buyer, the excellent customer service skills of Justin and Coreena has impressed us to look no further other than TOYOTA KINGSWAY. They provided recommendations to aid us decide what trim to buy that suit our budget needs. You really SPEAK OUR LANGUAGE!!! On the pickup date, Chris provided us a briefing on the use of the car and the vital information that we should know about the car. Parts department however, are very accommodating and always provide information to inquiries with regards to parts. The service department on the other hand always provided me excellent services on our other car every time I have my regular service maintenance. They always asked for my go signal on the parts to be replaced and give recommendations to be done on the next service of my car. We surely recommend to our friends and acquaintances to buy their vehicle needs in Kingsway Toyota. Keep up the good deeds Kingsway Toyota!!!

Good customer service all round. Staff are quite friendly and understanding. In particular Hanan Borhot who I normally deal with, always goes above and beyond and is the main reason I continue to have my vehicle serviced at Kingsway Toyota. Shuttle driver Salim is also very courteous and friendly.

We purchase the RAV4-LE-2015 in March 2015. Coreena was very helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable about the car. She was there all the way from the choice of the car, options and accommodating the choice of the color to putting in a purchase offer. We had had a great Test Drive experience. When the car was ready for pick-up, Coreena was there to explain the car from outside to inside of the car in details very patiently.

This is the first time I've dealt with Kingsway Toyota and I was impressed with the friendliness of all employees, as well as the low pressure from the sales people. All too often you go into a dealership and the salespeople are on you like jackals, but this was not the case at Kingsway. Tim was very pleasant and listened to what I wanted; he didn't try to talk me into a different type of vehicle. Maya also heard my concerns about protecting my investment in a new car by offering me extra warranty and a special warranty on tires and rims. As the RAV4 I bought is a limited Canadian edition, this was very important as the rims are very different than what's on the usual RAV4 and thus more expensive. I was VERY impressed with Alexa at the front desk and how she remembered my name after the first time I went to see the RAV4s; several times I showed up without an appointment so that was pretty impressive. All in all, I was pleased with their services and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to someone looking to buy a Toyota.

I bought my car from Kingsway Toyota from Maja Harding. The process was not overwhelming and very exciting! She gave me time to think things over when I needed it. Maja made it simple and I didn't feel obligated to make my purchase. My Service needs are met through Haneen Halabi. Any concerns I have Haneen is happy to help me with and she's very understanding. She's helped me through a few issues I've had and I have been more than happy with the outcomes. I have had a great experience with Kingsway Toyota! I would highly recommend them.
